That’s me! All of me... This was the moment that I accepted my reality. In this picture I weigh 349.8lbs. I came to understand that at this weight, my longevity was not viable long-term. Change needed to happen, I needed to change. Not only in a physical sense, but a mental one as well.

Made dinner tonight. Balsamic chicken and asparagus and omg it’s the bomb. I don’t cook often mostly because I have an intense love of ramen noodles and box macaroni and cheese. But if I’m going to be healthy in the gym I need to be healthy in the kitchen. 😊
