Today I did #SomeNotNone
and made an embroidered birthday card for a friend (see it in my stories). I have so many bigger embroidery ideas but a small goal meant I actually made something today. /
We often need reminding to start small and actually get on and do some creative things.
On my stories people are sharing what creative things they will try the #SomeNotNone
strategy with this weekend. So far ideas have related to decopage, painting, and collage.
What might you work on? I am really excited to hear in the comments and stories 💛. I have included how to use #SomeNotNone
to help you do more creative activities in my Get Creative book.
I am offering a money back guarantee with my book. If you find it isn't for you right now I will happily refund your money.

Image2: When we have minimal spare energy so many things we enjoy stop featuring in our life. But choosing to embrace #SomeNotNone
you can zoom in and create a goal that is realistic and then set about achieving it. Finding the energy and headspace for extra things is hard but doing 5 or 15 minutes a few times can feel satisfying if we let it even though we want to do a 'normal' amount. /
strategy means 1)Doing some of an activity rather than giving it up entirely. 2)Working out how to add things to your life to make it more enjoyable and 3)Making ideas smaller so they are more manageable (my #TinyTasks
can help here). /
Lots of love and energy to you all, I hope your body and mind are kind to you today ❤Claire xoxox
