Listen to those who have done it, been there, and are where you want to be. The negative people around you can be used to fuel your drive for success, but they will never guide you to that success.

In 1856, the U.S. Supreme Court (South v. Maryland) found that law enforcement officers had no duty to protect any individual. Their duty is to enforce the law in general. More recently, in 1982 (Bowers v. DeVito), the Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit held, "...there is no Constitutional right to be protected by the state against being murdered by criminals or madmen.
District of Columbia v. Heller The court explicitly included weapons in “common use” — such as the semiautomatic AR-15 civilian take on the M-16 rifle as protected by the 2nd amendment!
United States v. Miller, 307 U.S. 174 On March 30, 1939, the Supreme Court heard the case. Attorneys for the United States argued:
The Second Amendment protects only the ownership of military-type weapons appropriate for use in a militia.
Anti-gunners want to remove part(really all) of ur # 2nd Amendment right! If you remove part of a right do u really have a right? Gun Grabbers ponder..if we make gun owners 3/5 a citizen that will work! Yeah..that was tried b4! Remember gun control started trying to ban freed slaves from owning guns!

If you look closely, you'll see a genuine imitation Colt SAA with a 5.5 inch barrel, capable of sanely shooting a 200+ grain bullet at super sonic speeds. Even in original black powder guise, the 44 WCF could get 1000 fps of giddyap in a 7.5 inch revolver, leaving the venerable .45 Colt at least 100 fps behind. There's no direct old time comparison in long guns, because no long guns existed in .45 Colt until modern day whereas the 44-40 is technically a rifle cartridge.
I'm excited. It's gonna be real fun getting to know the .44-40! These 200 grain handloads should clock in the low to mid 1100 fps range give or take, at well below SAAMI pressure ceilings for this cartridge. And I'm two grains shy of the max charge for this powder. Nearly every book load for the 44-40 dusts the Tier 1 .45 Colt for speed in equivalent weight bullets Even when comparing the 44-40 to "Ruger Only" .45 Colt loadings, until you go with real heavy bullets, they share similar speeds mostly while the 44-40 runs at almost a 1/3 of the pressure of the often swooned over "Ruger only" .45 Colt data.

“Turn in your large capacity magazines.. please” ————————————————————————BY: Stephen Gutowski.
New Jersey law enforcement officials refused to say on Thursday how they planned to go about enforcing the state's ban on the possession of any magazine capable of holding more than 10 rounds of ammunition, which goes into effect on Monday.
Neither the state police nor the attorney general's office elaborated on how they plan to enforce the law. Nor did they provide any guidance for those currently in possession of the magazines.
The law, signed by Gov. Phil Murphy in June along with five other new gun laws, gave New Jersey gun owners who currently possess the magazines in question 180 days to either surrender them, permanently modify them to only accept up to 10 rounds, or transfer them to somebody who is allowed to legally own them. The deadline is set to expire on Monday.
A lawsuit brought by the Association of New Jersey Rifle and Pistol Clubs and supported by the National Rifle Association failed on Thursday as the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals declared the confiscation law constitutional. Any civilian caught in possession of a magazine capable of holding more than 10 rounds may be arrested and prosecuted. Possession of such magazines after the deadline will be considered a crime of the fourth degree under state law and carry up to 18 months in prison and up to $10,000 in fines or both.
Nearly all modern full-size or compact handguns and rifles sold in the United States come standard with magazines capable of holding more than 10 rounds of ammunition.
Finally had the opportunity to shoot a @knightarmco
SR-25 and not only was it an EMC... it was a 1 of 3 EMC, built by Reed Knight, with the prototype rail. I need more time with the gun but it was awesome to shoot and grouped well. With 168gr fgmm I got about .8 moa and with 175gr fgmm I got right at a moa. Now a couple of factors here.... I was not prone, I didn’t have the correct size rear bag, and the scope wasn’t positioned how I like it. All considering I’d expect this gun to shoot .5/.75 moa all day. This definitely was awesome to see. @pixels_and_bullets
thank you for letting me fondle this bad boy 😈
