When performing, doing your thing, do you every worry people will notice you are a fraud? That they may think you don't belong?
If despite the evidence of your competence you feel a fraud you may be experiencing 'imposter syndrome' . This is a pattern of thinking/feeling in which an individual doubts their accomplishments and has an ongoing fear of being exposed.
To overcome this
*Keep a list of your successes
*Be honest if to don't know what you are doing
*Avoid comparison with others- especially that imaginary perfect person who knows it all
