Just posting this pic so that I don't forget about this day, I had a terrible stomach ache the night before ( yes, can happen even when you eat clean all the time) and it probably would have been better for me to take an off and rest that day but I went just to get out of that comfort zone and push through the limit.
I genuinely believe that most of our physical limits are decided by our mind and we all have it in us to redefine our physical limits just by training ourselves mentally.
I couldn't lift as heavy as I usually can and the pump wasn't that great but it gave me a huge satisfaction and confidence that I know that it's not that easy to stop me now from reaching me goal.
A lot of people ask me to 'take it easy' or call me obsessed and maybe they are right, but I choose to live like this. It's far better than the other side and trust me, I've spent a lot of time there.

Un'altro ottimo esercizio da utilizzare nella fase di riscaldamento.
Posizioniamo l'elastico sotto i piedi, lo stringiamo nel palmo delle mani fin quando già in partenza siamo in tensione.
Da cui solleviamo le braccia (con un leggero angolo del gomito) fino al livello della spalla.
Torniamo lungo i fianchi e ripetiamo per 10 volte e nell'ultima ripetizione manteniamo la posizione per 10 secondi.
Nella fase di esecuzione importantissimo extra ruotare all'esterno l'avambraccio per evitare spiacevoli situazioni di impeachment nella zona della cuffia dei rotatori.

Another excellent exercise to use in the heating phase.
We place the elastic under our feet, we tighten it in the palms of our hands until we are already in tension.
From which we raise the arms (with a slight angle of the elbow) up to the shoulder level.
Let's go back to the sides and repeat for 10 times and in the last repetition we keep the position for 10 seconds.
During the extremely important execution phase, turn the forearm outwards to avoid unpleasant impeachment situations in the rotator cuff area.

Just a quick check in that was worth a picture. Some of my single friends should really come to the gym with me but everyone is too lazy. Stick to the gym for 30 days, but do it properly and in a style you like and I promise you will grow to love it.

Feeling really accomplished right about now! Just completed week 1 of a program I was pretty nervous about trying.
I’ve never been good at cardio. My muscles are always so sore and I end up in Pt usually after 2-3 weeks of starting a program.
I woke up pretty sore this morning but most of the week I have been feeling pretty good! I hope with all of my hormone therapy this is a sign that I’m finally on the right path.
Let me tell you, it’s pretty discouraging feeling like you will never be able to do all the things you see others do. Like complete a program, loose weight, feel good in your own skin. I try not to compare my journey to others but let’s be honest for a moment, sometimes you can’t get out of your own head!
I’m thankful that this new program I’m doing, focuses on changing your mindset and not just a physical transformation. It’s about healing your entire being. Not just the body.
Having a community of positive people also helps! I love seeing all the ladies in our group cheering each other on for their accomplishment, helping them with their struggles, and just being there for each other when they feel like no one else is!
