‼️Finding Balance & Stability: A Ground-Up Approach‼️ 👣
A common error that I’ve seen within many people are that they are not setting up their feet in the correct way that will allow them to function/perform optimally 👣, especially when trying to lift heavy weights. Your feet serve as a starting point when setting yourself up for each exercise 💯. If done well, (swipe to the last video) you will truly find balance & stability, leading you to a more efficient & solid repetition 👌🏻. If not done well, you could say it’s a potential recipe for disaster. ❌
By not taking the time to do this minor adjustment, you will often run into issues over time involving your feet, ankles, knees, hips, low back, neck, etc. (it’s all a chain reaction). With that being said, some tips are:
1️⃣ Grip/Claw the ground
2️⃣ Create an arch (short foot position)
3️⃣ Externally rotate your leg to align your knees with your toes
4️⃣ Distribute your weight throughout your feet like a tripod (big toe, pinky toe, heel)

I naturally push myself in the gym unless I’m not feeling it and just happy to be present. Even when I push myself my coach pushes my limits. I did 40lb dumbbell snatches (decreased as my form got worse), burpees, cling and presses, spin bike, medicine ball throws and treadmill incline 15 at 3.5 to 4.0 for a mile. Tomorrow is a 6 am workout 😩... don’t nothing work but work! He said you need to go to the next level ... 😭😅... I’m like 😬. Apparently, this will all benefit me😫...
Telling people the TRUTH is a lot like a painful surgery... It may hurt them like hell initially, but it’s needed to remove the root of the issue and permanently cure them of sickness and disease....
When you take on the massive responsibility of being the guy (or girl) who always tells the truth and has the courage to let people know when they’re fucking up, it doesn’t make you an asshole, arrogant or insensitive, it makes you a leader....🙏🏻
