1️⃣ DB split squats (4x6-8)
2️⃣ Leg press [close stance] (4x15)
3️⃣ Leg press [normal stance] (4x15)
4️⃣ Leg press [wide stance](4x15)
5️⃣ Cable goblet squats (4x6-8)
✅ Take a quick note that on the first exercise, instead of having the dumbbells on both hands side by side, grab a heavy dumbbell, I was using 75lbs here, and hold it with both hands close to your stomach. Don’t let it rest on your legs, try holding as much as you can. Best effective way to do it is to really squeeze that core, this will also emphasize some of your upper body use such as your shoulders and biceps
✅ Exercise 3-4, it’s a tri set super set. Do 15 reps close stance, follow by 15 reps on normal stance, follow by 15 reps on wide stance. Really will feel that pump & burn on your quads 🔥

A while back i literally gave up fitness. No other way to put it. I gave up and stoped chasing my passion. I hit an all time low in my life. I wasn’t working out. I wasn’t eating healthy and just felt like ill just work a regular job and not chase anything i deeply cared for

I’m more flexible, my diet is 1000% better and smarter, my joints are pain free. (With the exception of some nagging injuries of course, but that’s all part of it)
I’ve always enjoyed physically pushing my self and I’ve always been drawn towards health and well-being. (Physically and mentally). And like I’ve said before. As long as God keeps telling me to do this. I’m gonna do this
My schedule has literally just been flipped upside down and I’m going to beyond busy with other stuff so i won’t have much time to workout. But I’m gonna do what i can and rely heavily on #juicing
to get a lot of my nutrition in!

So I didn’t do a whole lot in the workout today but boy was I tired. My squats today felt a little off, I’m not sure if it was my hip (I woke up this morning and it was hurting) or if it was me constantly thinking about my hip lol
I remember the last time I pushed 225 and it felt a lot smoother than today. But hey you live and you learn.
