I have been on a GRIND this morning 😂 Drinking my coffee, getting some editing done, revamping my website, and staying motivated! This move has taken so much out of me, but I’m so happy to finally be feeling like myself again! 💕
“I’m too Busy” simply means you don’t value the thing you think you are too busy for - it’s not as important to you as what is keeping you busy
When you say “I’m too busy” for my fitness you are not valuing the YOU in the equation of Your busy.
Your busy isn’t going to get done without YOU, correct?
Your busy would be more effective if YOU had better resources, more effective time - better tools, correct?
Here’s the thing YOU are your greatest tool and greatest asset in accomplishing the busy. None of the busy happens without YOUR Mind and Your Body
And YOU are a highly intricate piece of equipment
YOUR body and mind is runs best when it is fueled by regular workouts, healthy foods and quality sleep.
You can google the benefits.... everything from better focus, better emotional control, better mood, better decision making ability.... to increased confidence which leads to increased execution ... to decreased illness and sick time... the list is endless
When you chose to say I’m too busy for workouts, eating right or rest... you are choosing to devalue and underutilize your greatest asset -YOU
It is IMPOSSIBLE to BE all that you want to be and have the IMPACT you want to have ENJOY the every day life you deserve to enjoy if you are not consistently working out, eating right and resting well.
When you FEEL like I’m to busy I don’t have time- that is EXACTLY when you need it most. YOU are your greatest weapon in your arsenal to living your best and giving your best.
