Some leg day cardio🤢 High volume today with reps ranging from 20-25 after starting my squats with 135 2x15, 225 3x10, 275 3x12, 335 3x8 then back down to 225 for sets of 23 but honestly I only got three sets of a solid 23 reps. This video is my last set of squats not as many reps as I wanted💀..

By rewiring the root of these filters, however, we can begin to change our habitual perception patterns. And one of the most effective ways of doing this is by asking ourselves better questions.
Find the courage to ask questions and express what you want. Communicate clearly so there is no misunderstanding. Make mistakes along the way. Know your worth. Always remember every accomplishment starts with the decision to try.

✅ This is a double meaning (positive and negative)
If your vibe is positive you’ll get back positive, same with negative. Your thoughts, actions, whatever it is really affects your health. Point it to the right direction. .
✅ The potential of little things
Never despise the day of small things. Whether you didn’t eat as clean as you liked, didn’t hit that PR, that goal weight. Don’t let it sabotage your whole outlook of why you’re doing this. Don’t sweat the small stuff one little bump in the road is not going to ruin the outcome. Get back on that path and hustle.

Essential to faith is patience.
WE are not patient people we want results and we want everything right NOW. The fitness life can be a struggle you aren’t going to get results in a month or two it takes YEARS of pure dedication and consistency. In the end it is so worth it!! .
Someone recently messaged us and said that we are doing so much already for being so young and I’m giving the glory to God for giving me this opportunity to be an example to others. God has put me in positions that are uncomfortable only to make me better. God has opened doors that I never imagined possible for me. He always provides and leads me! 💯

Getting cardio in this morning after leg day😐💀 Really love the intensity I can bring on the bike by setting the pace that I want to increase my heart rate. I'm not the best at cardio but I'm always improving✊🏽

On Monday your girl made a big girl move. I applied and got accepted for my first apartment! It’s still so surreal to me that my wildest dreams are all coming true.
A year ago I was working at a dead end, minimum wage job that I hated. I woke up everyday dreading my work day. I never envisioned that I was going to hire a personal trainer and a year later become one. I made goals a year ago that I’ve not only crushed, I made more then crushed those. Don’t judge your tomorrow by today, work hard and your wildest dreams can become your reality.

HOLD THE VISION, TRUST THE PROCESS.
I understand “Hold the vision” to give attention towards a sense of focus and concentration.
This focus and concentration must be channelled towards a vision. Vision has to do with sight. In this instance the sight refers to the mental picture which drives ones goals for the future. Whether these goals relate to career, relationships, wealth, health & lifestyle or even leisure, they can all be summed up in one incredibly loaded word, that is, PURPOSE.
Therefore, in simple words, “hold the vision” means, focus on your purpose.
What about “trusting the process”?
Trusting the process is about acceptance and embracing circumstances, with the belief that they are leading you to your vision!

Solid back and arms this morning😁 Lots of volume work on deadlifts, usually keep my reps around 5-8 but I went a little light and grind out 315 for 4 sets of 12. I guess I really needed that refeed last night🤷🏽♂️ Cardio felt great as well doing 30sec sprints with a minute rest in between for 45min🏃🏽
Not one of my best leg days but I know I'm not going to always have a great workout just need to grind through it and get it done!✊🏽 Hit a total of 10 back squats, 7 sets of them being 315 for 6 then 5 sets of 365 box squats. Honestly didn't feel like the box was low enough but oh well just trying to work on my explosive reps🤷🏽♂️ don't think because you're cutting that you aren't able to put up weight, that shit is all in your head. But on another note by the end of my workout I was wrecked so I can't complain🙏🏽😁

Gotta love those squat scars! I have changed the position of the bar a lot since I've been squatting and I prefer the high bar it just feels better for me, I tend to lean forward too much when I try doing a low bar squat. Sorry about the angle of my picture, the front camera is broken from dropping a dumbbell on it🤦🏽♂️
Finished up my back day workout this morning with seated rows then some sprints! Honestly feeling a lot stronger also getting leaner, Cut a solid 3 pounds in the past week and a half. Need to go harder on my cardio and continue to drop weight at the end of each week💪🏾 My focus in every workout now is to really focus on squeezing and holding for at least 3-4 seconds at the end of each rep, I may not get the reps that I want but as long as I feel it then I know I'm doing it right instead of just pulling or throwing weight around.

Leg day this morning was a grind.. 10 sets of back squats then some box squats. Guys I don't consider myself a powerlifter what so ever, Everyone has their focus on a specific sport/passion and I have respect for every individual who strives to be the greatest at what they do. That being said with this cut I have continued to try and keep my strength as best as I can but honestly these were rough😫 225 3x10, 275 2x10, 315 2x8, 355 3x2 While I'm squatting I constantly repeat in my head to keep my core tight, elbows directly under the bar and sink my ass as I go down and to tell you the truth it's helped me.
Before starting working out I was fat, my belly was out of shape and I was always eating more amount of junk food like chocolates, drinking coldrinks, eating chips which made my weight go more up. I had no goal at that time and I was almost 200 pounds. Some people started saying me fat which felt like a death to me at a certain point.
Therefore, I started working out, made my goals. Since then one thing was set into my mind as to know why am I constantly working out? Because I want to loose weight, bring my body back in shape and to show those people, who called me fat, that a person can really control and transform himself from fat shaped body into an organized + muscle shaped body.💪🏻🙌🏻
It is important to lay out your “WHY” when you commit to something in your journey. This is where it prevents you from getting lost. Either the loss in direction, drive, focus, or motivation. We see many start especially in the fitness industry and within months lose their WHY and quit all together.

‼️ Injuries ‼️ Finding the motivation to stay healthy when I was told I couldn’t workout has been rather challenging. Working out has been my outlet for all my stressors and mental illness, without it I feel powerless. Working out gave me power, strength and control over my very hectic life.
If you’re injured please don’t train through it, check it out. Rest and heal your body will thank you. No matter how much I want to get back in the gym I know it’ll only cause me pain or prolong how long it takes to heal
I got my MRI last week and I’ll keep you all updated how it goes. Hoping / praying for a speedy recovery 🙏🏼
