Protein Mug Muffin- Blueberry. I tried the Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip flavor the other day which was awesome, so today I gave this one a shot 😁

➡️ Stats: Soy free, dairy free, gluten free, non GMO
➡️Where I bought: Healthwarrior.com. Their customer service is FANTASTIC! Something got screwed up with my order, so once they fixed it, they sent me a bunch of free goodies in addition to what I bought to make up for it 😁
🥜Texture: this bar is a lot denser than other brands microwave muffins I’ve tried, but I’d rather have it be a little dense and cake like than too light and airy so if doesn’t fill you up. Was like a nice thick muffin 😋
🍯Taste: The taste was very good. There was not really a strong blueberry flavor honestly, would have liked a bit stronger in that aspect. But it was just the right amount of sweet with that nice baked goods taste 🍩
🍪Ingredients: PERFECT!! All natural ingredients in whole forms. Right up my alley! No nasty fake flavor or aftertaste in these products! 🙌🏻🙇🏻♀️
🍫Macros: Spot on 👌🏻 At 240 calories, the perfect amount for a breakfast muffin. I paired it with some hard boiled eggs and apple butter to make complete breakfast, which will keep me satisfied until my first snack. Adding eggs made up for the lower protein number 👍🏻
🤗Verdict: Very good! I definitely enjoyed the chocolate chip peanut butter flavor more than this one (but that’s my heaven combo so not surprised 😂) I still need to try the banana nut flavor too. I’ll be buying the muffins again for sure, but maybe not this flavor. I give it a 8/10 and the chocolate peanut butter flavor got a solid 9/10 😁👍🏻

Get the cornflour out because it’s not fall without a Skillet Cornbread Recipe 🌽 a simple one bowl recipe ready in under 25 minutes 👇🏼 recipe below .
1 stick of unsalted butter, softened
2 large eggs, room temp
1/2 cup cane sugar
3/4 cup whole milk or buttermilk
1 cup corn flour, I used @bobsremill
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt .
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. In a bowl mix with a spatula the sugar, butter, and eggs until well combined.
3. In a separate bowl whisk together dry ingredients
4. Add half of the dry ingredients and half of the milk and mix together with the wet ingredients. Add in the rest and mix until a smooth batter is formed. Pour the batter into a 10” skillet pan and bake for 20-25 minutes
