This complex was harder than expected, even though I only had 60 pounds on my bar! It required more cardio than I thought, and my wrists and my grip were hurting a lot! It was a nice way to practice those movements though (and to get us exhausted before the second part 😅)!

Then, 3 ROUNDS FOR TIME:
It's simple, as I do not have a very good cardio, the running basically killed my workout! I couldn't find my breath after that. When I got back in the gym (we ran outside), my coach told me: "good job, the good news is that you're done with the running part for today" - that means he saw my pain haha 😆
For the rounds, I was going 1 burpee at a time, and I got through it... I tried doing at least 5 push-ups at a time, and I maintened that. However, I only completed 1 round + 10 burpees, mostly because my running was so slow!
Finally, I'm going to let the words of my coach (who did the WOD in the class just before) end this caption, because it explains exactly how that was: "Don't you think the combo burpees/push-ups should just simply NOT exist!?!"
