Preheat oven to 420F(220C.)
Cut 1/4 cauliflower, in a bowl add 2tbsp turmeric powder and 3-4 tbsp coconut oil, add cauliflower and mix it very well. Place “buffalo wings” on the baking sheet and bake for about 20min(depends on the oven). They should look like mine on the picture, Golden/brown color.
Add to your favorite veggies and enjoy.
I love the Dressing, I created today...it’s 1 tsp tahini, 1/2lime juice and 1tbsp olive oil. -
