Pork Belly, Prawn Dumplings and Asian greens is the perfect combination in our eyes. Have you had the chance of getting your hands on this dish yet? 😍

Do your fitness goals make you feel like you're missing out?
Maybe you're constantly turning down food that you want to eat, avoiding social situations or stressing about hitting the gym.
Reaching your goals will likely require some form of sacrifice at some point. You can't refuse to change anything and expect results.
This doesn't mean you have to be miserable!
The thing is, it's your choice. You can learn how to make better choices, but if you just want to go for something higher cal/miss a session/have some drinks etc, then you can do that too.
Just know that this may slow down your rate of progress.
Sometimes you'll want to be strict and see quicker results (e.g. at the beginning of a dieting phase) and sometimes you'll want to let loose a bit (e.g. if you're happy with the progress you've made so far). Remember you can have it all.
Just not all at once 😉
I can tell you how your decisions will impact your progress so that you're informed, then it's up to you to decide what to do. You are always in control 👊🏼
Our second event of the day is coming up shortly... there'll be discussion, debate and most importantly... lunch!
Friyay! Other things which make me go YAY: plates of food bigger than my head. The Okonomiyaki (Japanese pancake) from @hissandsmoke
can be shared between 2 people, but you'll probably want to eat it all yourself 😎
Greek yogurt veggie omelette?
Very filling and perfect light protein meal for a busy morning or as dinner.
