Wait for the guy who reaches for your hand on the street and holds it proudly. Wait for the guy who grabs your sides after stepping off the curb too soon.
Wait for the guy who reaches for you through the heavy mountain of blankets in the middle of the night, pulling you close.
Wait for the guy who almost always places his hand on your thigh – in the cab, on the train, on the couch, under the table at the restaurant. A simple gesture communicating everything.
Wait for the guy who makes you laugh – genuinely laugh. A laugh that lasts far after the moment has passed, when happiness cannot be contained.
Wait for the guy who keeps his word-every single time.
Wait for the guy who shows up, no matter what. Who talks about your future without question.
Wait for the guy who you know will always say, “yes,” with no hesitation 🌊☀️✨

You need to wait for the girl who knows her own worth, but also knows that she has a long ways to go.
You need to wait for the girl with kindness etched on every inch of her heart. With boldness and strength marked on her scars, and with confidence and self-worth written on her imperfections.

💥 How many times have you fallen asleep with your lights on? 💥
If your answer is several times, how do you do it?😲😲😲 because I can't sleep with my lights on.🙅🙅🙅
So back to why you should avoid lights before you sleep.
Falling asleep with your lights on may not be the best thing for a great night sleep because exposure to light stimulates a nerve pathway from the eye to parts of the brain that control hormones, body temperature and other functions that play a major role in making us feel wide-awake.
Quality of sleep can never be underrated thats why darkness is essential to sleep. The absence of light sends a critical signal to the body that it is time to rest. Melatonin (the sleep hormone) influences sleep by sending a signal to the brain that it is time for rest. Artificial light, inexpensive and ever-present, wreaks frequent havoc on sleep without many people even being aware of its detrimental effects.
To have a great sleep, your sleep routine should include a gradually darkening environment, dim the lights an hour before bedtime to encourage your body to begin its physiological progression toward sleep, avoid screen time the hour before bed, turn off the television, power down computers and tablets, and put your phone away for the night because the light from digital devices contains high concentrations of blue light, a wavelength of light is especially detrimental to sleep.
Light is a modern sleep problem it can also be avoided by wearing an eye mask at night, which deepen darkness and protect against intrusive light.
So as you go to bed tonight put your lights off to have a great sleep and of course dream of me😉😉😉
