Buonasera care!😊 Oggi a scuola ci hanno consegnato i compiti di matematica e di italiano di cui ho preso rispettivamente 7 e 7,5; contento che pensavo di averli fatti malissimo sono contenta! Dopo scuola sono andata a comprare frutta e verdura e ho avvistato alcune cose che sicuramente comprerò entro la fine della settimana!!🤪 Quando sono arrivata a casa ho ordinato il regalo per mamma, spero arrivi🤞🏻 e ho fatto la doccia, avrei dovuto studiare filosofia ma non ero particolarmente concentrata per farlo, me la sono solo ripetuta un po’ in moto (si sono strana) mentre tornavo a casa, e i concetti li sapevo, domani li studierò per bene. Ora sto aspettando si asciughi lo smalto trasparente che ho messo per fissare quello colorato e poi mi corico che sono distrutta! Trying to support my body, like two years ago i told my doctor that i began to experience tender breasts a week or two before i got my period and it seemed weird to me cause i’ve never felt that before and it was almost during cold months, he told me it was normal, told me that it was because i don’t want to take the pill or other hormonal contraceptives and i was like hum. Continued my life but always thought that sh*t was cray, yesterday the pain started to bother again and I was curious enough to ask for more than that bullshit my doctor said, and i learned that this may be a sign of low levels of vitamin E, that i was taking some years ago and doctors told me that it wasn’t necessary…and probably combined with an excess of estrogen that maybe not being swept out through healthy elimination. And i thought Oh! Wow. So as i believe food is the main reason of everything i thought i would increase vitamin E intake by adding sunflower seeds and almonds to my late breakfast. I only eat when hungry hits me. And maybe quit things that can be disrupting my hormonal balance like caffeine, sugar and processed junk, that i ate on weekend. Also added pomegranate, physalis and apple to my bircher. Planning to make my second meal , not hungry at all, i’m starting to cook after finishing my tasks, something like rosted beet and carrot (root vegetables to help liver and large intestine flush out estrogen more effectively), maybe cook some soaked beans (vitamin B) and Savoy cabbage (leafy greens, trying to boost calcium and magnesium) drank a balanced intake of horsetail tea (avoid extremes because of caffeine) to reduce fluid retention! Dinner plans, what’s yours? Overnight Sprouted Oats @iswariofficial Boiled Water 🍎 1 tbsp Hemp seeds 1 tbsp Sunflower seeds ½ tbsp Maca powder ½ tbsp Buckwheat @origensbio ½ tbsp CALCIMIX 1 tbsp Mix d’Amour (goji, white mullberies and Almonds) Cacao nibs 4 tbsp organic Cashew yogurt (probiotics) @harvest_moon_official Some Pomegranate seeds 3 Physalis Homemade almond butter Overnight the oats, on the next day add the shaved apple, the seeds, mixes+powders mix with little water. When mixed add yogurt+pomegranate. Add toppings

Quando vi prende la voglia di dolci,ma al tempo stesso non volete avere troppi sensi di colpa... la soluzione é facile...basta sostituire alcuni ingredienti o diminuire le dosi di alcuni ingredienti come x esempio lo zucchero...questo vi permetterà di soddisfare una vostra voglia e concedervi qualche porzione in più. Come il mio TIRAMISÙ FIT🍫🍮 in BARATTOLO🍯 molto più leggero della ricetta classica🎈 x2porzioni: 6 fette biscottate integrali caffè caldo allungato con acqua 60g di albume montato a neve con sbattitore 100g ricottina (s/lattosio x me) 120g Banana tagliata e montata con sbattitore • Procedimento x la CREMA: Aggiungere la ricotta alla banana montata e amalgare, solo ora, aggiungere l'albume montato e mescolare dal basso verso l'alto in modo da non smontarlo... Hallo ihr Lieben 😊 Ich habe uns gerade zum Abendessen diese leckeren und schön fluffigen Joghurt/Quarkbrötchen mit Leinsamen gebacken... Die Brötchen sind wirklich köstlich geworden und sind schön schnell gemacht.... Das Rezept werde ich wohl in Zukunft öfter mal nutzen und abwandeln 💕 Esst ihr auch so gerne Brot/Brötchen zum Abendessen? Ich koche ja auch sehr oft, liebe so ein typisch deutsches Abendessen aber natürlich auch sehr... Habt noch einen schönen Abend! Für sechs Brötchen benötigt ihr: 150g Joghurt 100g Magerquark 1/2 Päckchen Backpulver 300g Mehl 1 TL Salz 10g Flohsamenschalen 20g geschrotete Leinsamen 1 EL Essig (Apfelessig) (ggf. etwas Milch) Gebt alle Zutaten zusammen in eine Schüssel und verrührt sie mit einem Rührgerät zu einem glatten Teig. Falls ihr den Teig noch nicht gut mit den Händen formen könnt, gebt noch einen kleinen Schluck Milch hinzu. Belegt ein Backblech mit Backpapier und formt sechs gleichgroße Brötchen aus dem Teig. Antioksidan kapasitesi en yüksek kış sebzelerimizden karnabahar ileee Karnabahar Pizza🍕 Pizza tabanı için; 1/2 küçük boy karnabahar 2 adet yumurta 1 kalem boyutunda minik doğranmış dil peynir ( videoda parmesan var ancak evde ne varsa eriyen her peynir olabilir/ amaç eriyip karnabaharı tutması) 1 diş sarımsak 1 çay kaşığı tuz 1 çay kaşığı karabiber 1 çay kaşığı kekik Sos için; 5 çorba kaşığı domates püresi/ yazlık konserve veya salça ile de hazırlanabilir 1 büyük diş sarımsak Tuz, karabiber, kekik Üzeri için; 60-70 gr dil peyniri veya eriyen farklı bir peynir 5-6 tane siyah zeytin Taze yeşillik (piştikten sonra) Yapılışı: Karnabaharı robotta çekin. Çektiğinizi karnabaharı bir kabın için alıp tuz ekleyip iyice ovun ve 5 dk bekletin.Beklettikten sonra bir süzgeçle sıkarak suyunu süzün. Daha sonra sırasıyla; yumurta, 1 diş ezdiğiniz sarımsak, 1 tutam tuz, karabiber ve kekiği ekleyin ve karıştırın. Yağlı kağıda bu karşımı koyup istediğiniz şekli verin. Tabanı 220 derece fırında 15 dk pişirin. Sosu için; bir kabın içine domates püresi, sarımsak, tuz, karabiber ve kekiği karıştırın. Fırından çıkardığınız pizza tabanına hazırladığınız sosu eşit bir şekilde sürün. Üzerine dilediğiniz malzemeleri ekleyebilirsiniz ben 70 gr dil peyniri, 5-6 tane doğranmış siyah zeytin ve piştikten sonra taze yeşillik tercih ettim. Malzemeleri ekledikten sonra 220 derece fırında 7 dk pişirin. Üzerine maydanoz roka serpince lezzetli mi lezzetli bir karnabahar pizzanız hazır olmuş oluyor. Afiyet olsuun.
