As I wrote yesterday I am in the middle of a moving process. I and my kids are moving from our house since my son probably doesn't tolerate to live here. We had mold in our house the is decontaminated. However if you have been sensitized in a house it is hard to get healthy since spores might attach to semi porous material and porous material. We are now getting rid of EVERYTHING. We will move to a pretty new built apartment. In middle of March we are moving. Imagine the amount of things you collect during a life. It is huge. We will save a minimum of things in a storage but we don't know when we will be able to use it again or if it will be possible. There are so many buildings being harmfull for someone with multiple chemical sensitivity that is often a result of mold. We probably had mold in previous houses as well even if we never realised this fact. There are theories that mold nowadays is moreagressive than previously. EMF might be why. Calcium signaling might be the link however so much are still hypothesis and only of clinical relevance on individual level. SEX Gerade habe ich den neuen Post der ganz fantastischen @sandra_von_zabiensky (folgt ihr, wenn ihr es nicht schon macht💛) gelesen und da fiel mir wieder ein, dass ich mal Ressortleiterin einer großen deutschen Frauenzeitschrift war. Sex war ein großes Thema, in jeder Ausgabe wurde seitenweise über die neuesten Techniken und Spielgeräte geschrieben, die must haves und sexuellen to does, um alleine erstmal IHN glücklich zu machen - und wenn SIE sich glücklich machen durfte, dann nur um ihn noch mehr anzuregen. Eine der Journalistinnen, die regelmäßig über die teils absurden Sextoys schrieb, die frau verwenden sollte, erzählte, dass sie, wenn ihr nichts einfiel, einen Blick in die Küchenschublade warf, und sich dann Geschichten dazu ausdachte. Ernst habe sie das weder gemeint noch genommen. Aber die Chefs waren happy. Die Leserinnen nicht, wie die regelmäßigen Befragungen ergaben. Sie fanden alles zu viel, zu krass, zuwenig liebevoll, sie fühlten sich unter Druck gesetzt, auch durch die oft pornoeske Bekleidung, die eine echte Sex-Göttin (das sollten die Leserinnen nämlich alle werden) tragen sollte. Der Chefredaktion war das egal. Genauso wie Proteste von uns Redakteurinnen. Sie sagte: „Die Frauen lügen doch. Heimlich lesen sie es dann doch.“ Und veröffentlichten die Artikel weiter. Ich möchte gar nicht wissen, welche Glaubensmuster und Bilder diese Artikel bei vielen Leserinnen bewusst und unbewusst kreiert haben. Heute habe ich außerdem einen Artikel gelesen, wie Lesestoff unser Gehirn schädigen kann. Junk fürs Hirn ist wie Junkfood für den Körper. Darum ist es enorm wichtig, klug zu wählen, was wir lesen. Das wir hinführen, was unsere innere, weise Stimme sagt - und dass wir ihr folgen, statt sie zu ignorieren. Um unser (Sex)-Leben so zu leben, wie es zu uns ganz individuell passt und uns glücklich macht - ganz egal, was von Zeitschriften und anderen Experten als normal und gesund vorgegeben wird. A Greek Salad isn't only tomato, cucumber, onion, olives and feta. We got a little creative with our Greek inspired salad which we bulk prepped for lunch this week. Mine doesn't include tomatoes as I don't them but you can include them in your salad...oooo sundried tomatoes would be 🤗! Replace spelt kernels with buckwheat kernels or gluten-free couscous. • • The prep for this salad was very minimal. Only cooking required was the grain and roasted zucchini. From wedding food to kids food 😊 I tried something new for Ruben’s dinner and it went down a treat. He was very excited to be eating breakfast at dinner time 😂 I made rice crispy and pumpkin seed fish fingers served on spiced fruity cous cous with a yoghurt and lemon dip and some raw veg sticks. So easy to make! Just mix chopped pumpkin seeds with rice crispies, I used cod loin here cut into fingers, coat in flour then egg and finally the rice crispy mix. Shallow fry fir a few minutes on both sides then finish in the oven. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Crustless Quiche ⭐️⭐️⭐️ . I have not made this in ages and each time I make it I always say “I need to make this more” it is so quick and easy. Great family meal. . . . *4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled * 2 slices of ham chopped up * 1 1/2 C mozzarella cheese, shredded * 1 Tbsp @keto_eats_australia Almond flour. . * 3 eggs * 1 1/2 C Almond Milk * Chopped herbs, salt and pepper to taste * so many options but I also added tomatoes. . . For 5% off @keto_eats_australia almond flour and all other products use the link in my bio and code eatruncook5 . Method: Pre heat oven to 200 degrees Butter your quiche size dish or two small dishes Cook the bacon and chop into small pieces, mix with the ham and add to the bottom of the dish. Mix the cheese and Almond flour together until coated then sprinkle over the top of the ham and bacon in the dish. Add the tomatoes and fresh herbs on top. Whisk eggs and almond milk together in a jug then pour over the top of other ingredients in the dish. season then into the oven for 20/25 min. Keep your eye on these as I’ve found time varies depending on ovens.

SWEET POTATO CHILLI . . . .1- 2 sweet potatoes diced . .1 jar organic tomato juice . .1 medium onion . .2 large bell peppers . .3 garlic cloves minced . . . .1 15oz can organic black beans . .1 15oz can organic kidney beans . 2 15oz can organic diced tomatoes . 4 cups organic vegetable broth . 1 small can organic tomato paste . 1/2 cup cooked quinoa . 1 - 2 tablespoons chilli powder . 2 teaspoons cumin . 2 teaspoons paprika . 1 teaspoon coriander . 1/2-1 teaspoon cayenne . Salt and pepper to taste . Combine everything in a crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours. Serve and top with sliced avocado. Enjoy!! Makes a large batch :)
