I don't prefer using machines alot because I personally like using free weights. Military press is one my favourite exercise for shoulders. But yes you can use these machines in smart way when you are in rush! You can do both bi and unilateral movements on these which is great!

The faces you make when you’ve forced yourself to do a workout after 9PM and you’re an old fart. I can’t believe I used to intentionally wait until that hour of night to weight train after getting up and doing cardio no later than 6:30am. 🙄😝 .
Shoulders are not my favorite thing to train. But, I just try to be better than I was the last workout and do the best I can. It’s all I can ask of myself.
So I’ve started doing this thing where I workout in a crop top or my sports bra now, as to become more comfortable and confident in my body. Exercising my mind while I exercise my body. There’s no point in hating your current body while you hope and wait for your dream one to manifest itself. So far so good. Day 249 - Legs
My hamstrings were still a little sore today, but I really wanted to grind out a good leg workout. And that’s exactly what I did.
My legs were shaking like crazy and I was walking pretty stiff legged, but it was another awesome leg day.
