I remember the day when i was not even able to stand on bosuball and now i can do 5-6 squats on it by balancing on medicine ball. I’m not a fan of training abs & tend to avoid it, but forced myself to get them over with as soon as I got to the gym annnddd bosu balls make everything more fun, give it a try ⤵️⁣ ⁣ 🔸Crunches ⁣ 🔸Plank up downs ⁣ 🔸Slow mountain climbers ⁣ ⁣ Do 40 seconds of each move for 3-4 rounds! Today was leg day!!! It ended up being a much harder workout than I meant it to be. Typically, I think of stability exercises as being “easier” than heavy lifting, but that is not always the case!!! I should realize this more than anyone, as with my back injury, I need a lot of work on keeping myself stable! The bosu ball is one of my favorite pieces of equipment to work on stability and balance with, because it causes your body to be unstable while doing certain exercises. Today, I did bosu lunges and lateral lunges. (Full workout from today is in my story!!) I also focused on single leg exercises today. I have a serious strength imbalance in my left and right legs, as I have (as a result of my back injury) sciatica on my right side and some muscle atrophy in my leg.
