Stand two to three feet behind the ball. Step forward with your right foot and place securely on the center of the BOSU ball. Bend both knees and lower your body into a lunge until both knees form a 90 degree angle. Keep your torso upright and use the TRX for control and balance. Dynamic training: In my heart, I will always be a “slag iron” lifter... bench, squat, etc, BUT, there is A LOT to be said about more “dynamic” type training as well. These can be where you are moving your body through space (squat, pull-ups) and/or training on a bosu ball recruiting more muscle fibers and clinically proven greater increases in growth hormone output. If your body is locked into a machine not as many muscle fibers are being recruited.... So, Bosu push-ups, bosu arm curls, bosu single leg squats, Etc... you might look like a weirdo, but so what, you only need to impress yourself 😉
PS- my 10 year old videographer didn’t get the bosu ball as well as I’d like but you can see at the end I’m balancing on one leg while curling. 🏋️♀️💪

✅Lean back on BOSU, plank hopping feet on BOSU
✅Squats on flat side of the BOSU
✅Plyo walking push-ups
✅Plank (up, up, down, down)
✅Side squat, curtsy
Work 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off for each move or side. Repeat circuit 2-3 times.
