It takes time to build a better, stronger version of yourself. Physically, mentally, spiritually, emotionally. No matter what area your striving to improve, you need to remember to always embrace the space in between where you are and where you want to be! Be patient with yourself, be kind to yourself, and LOVE yourself in each and every phase your in.
I am grateful for such amazing people in my life. Each of them consistently bring something beautiful to my life. I love watching their journey and appreciate their support daily.

moved sooooo well today. Even though my first set afterwards I saw stars I really thought I was gonna throw up or pass out and I felt that way every set. Don’t know why maybe didn’t eat enough.
But this is the fastest this weight has ever moved and got a tasty 5x5.
Somehow the angle of the camera is making the bar path look really forward but I swear they were so nice haha maybe they were too forward 🧐

Unless you have optimal running mechanics (you don't) running is one of the WORST ways to get your cardio in. Opt for cardio with less impact forces like ROWING, JACOBS LADDER, CYCLING, INCLINE WALKING, STAIRMASTER, or best yet LIFT WEIGHTS FASTER
