Today’s Tarot of Bones daily draw is the Four of Cups, reversed. It's one thing to seek solace in solitude; another entirely to become so isolated as to be unhealthy. It's time to come out of your too-comfortable zone and greet the world again. You don't have to throw yourself into a huge crowd, of course. But it is a good time to reach out to friends and family you may not have seen in a while, and perhaps have a bit of an excursion to a low-key venue out in the world.
You can order the Tarot of Bones deck and book, or purchase a Tarot of Bones reading, at http://www.thetarotofbones.com/shop/ – and yes, even if you don’t have a Paypal account you CAN use the Paypal option to pay with a debit or credit card!
✴️My boss left work early today so I'm kind of just staring at the wall in despair hah. I have done acouple laps around the building.
✴️Stomach is killing me after lunch. My co-worker had some left over food and he came into my office and said "hey do you like spicy food? Oh that's right you never fucking eat." then he just walked away.... Like what was the point of that. Then everyone started pressuring me about my eating habits and they all made me have a bite of this puffed wheat Square (I looked up the calories and a whole square is le 158..) I mean a bite isn't that bad but now I feel like an absolute fucking failure. Why does this shit happen to me lol. I'm always put in uncomfortable situations like this. Any way, now my stomach hurts so badly from this ulcer, or whatever the fuck it is.
✴️Update on my angel diet, I have only had two apples today (and that stupid fucking bite of a puffed wheat Square) so I don't know if I can say that today is day 1 officially because of that bite. I instantly felt anxious after. Especially knowing I can't purge right now. 😥
1-Traumatic fracture – This is a fracture due to sustained trauma. e.g., fractures caused by a fall, road traffic accident, fight, etc.
2-Pathologic fracture – A fracture through a bone that has been made weak by some underlying disease is called pathological fracture. e.g., a fracture through a bone weakened by metastasis. Osteoporosis is the most common cause of pathological fracture.
3-Periprosthetic fracture – This is a fracture at the point of mechanical weakness at the end of an implant
Closed fractures are those in which the overlying skin is intact
Open/compound fractures involve wounds that communicate with the fracture, or where fracture hematoma is exposed, and may thus expose bone to contamination. Open injuries carry a higher risk of infection.
Translated, or ad latus, with sideways displacement.
Fracture pattern▫️ Linear fracture: A fracture that is parallel to the bone's long axis
Transverse fracture: A fracture that is at a right angle to the bone's long axis
Oblique fracture: A fracture that is diagonal to a bone's long axis (more than 30°) Spiral fracture: A fracture where at least one part of the bone has been twisted
Compression fracture/wedge fracture: usually occurs in the vertebrae, for example when the front portion of a vertebra in the spine collapses due to osteoporosis (a medical condition which causes bones to become brittle and susceptible to fracture, with or without trauma)
Impacted fracture: A fracture caused when bone fragments are driven into each other
Avulsion fracture: A fracture where a fragment of bone is separated from the main mass
Incomplete fracture: Is a fracture in which the bone fragments are still partially joined, in such cases.

You wouldn't believe this, I managed to put a hole in my sneakers, sock and almost my foot just by walking a 10th of a mile. I'm upset because they were my favorite sneakers and socks too.
