Making soy caramel. It is one of our best known caramels, made with soya sauce, and it has been coined as "Salted Caramel 2.0" by a few people .
We developed a soy caramel filled chocolate that we named "Hong Kong" in 2015, and in 2016 it won multiple industry awards, including a silver award at Academy of Chocolate and a bronze award at the World Competition of @chocawards
International Chocolate Awards, as well as in the British National Competition .
We had a lot of requests from customers asking for the caramel sauce, so they could put on ice-cream and desserts, so we brought out the soy caramel sauce in 2017 and straightaway it won 2 stars at @guildoffinefood
Great Taste Awards, and earlier this year it also won @thefoodtalkshow
