Weighed in at 7st 5lbs. 5.5K steps ✔️ 870 cal in ✔️ 80 cal out ✔️ I had a cheat weekend (had takeaways n too much food etc.) but I’ve maintained my weight from last week bc I did fasts every week day. I try to fast for 20hrs+ each week day. My main goal with fat loss is to slim my legs down (they’re curvy and carry a lot of excess fat at the moment, I’m a pear so everything goes straight to my thighs!), so my legs are my focus. I tried to discipline myself enough to at least keep my meals on schedule. 🔹TRAINING THIS WEEK: Rehearsing for my next burlesque show, and 2 lifting sessions... that's it for this busy chica. I need to reduce the burlesque shows likely once I am in full on prep mode. Training is going to come back full force. 🔹ENERGY/FEELING: So ready! My body feels primed and ready to go. Pre and—> post foal body condition. Sól has been in training for about 3 weeks now and everything is going very well. She’s getting fitter and we’re working on a lot of core strength and flexibility exercises. I’m taking progress pictures for comparison so it’s going to be fun to see how her body develops. This training process is going to be long and it’s important to keep her healthy to prevent any further injuries. Because the suns☀️ out and I’m dreaming of ✈️ I can’t believe this is the end of week 5 out of 6! This entire time has flown so quick - likely because the program has you engaged from the first minute and is only 20 minutes long 🤣 But seriously! I didn’t think a change would happen. I thought twenty minutes wasn’t enough time. I thought a step program would be a joke and not get me closer to my goals. How wrong was I By allowing myself to go on this journey despite my concerns I’ve lost: 🦸🏼‍♀️my excuse that I don’t have enough time 🦸🏼‍♀️ my thought that it needs to be an hour + to get results 🦸🏼‍♀️ my self doubt 🦸🏼‍♀️ & I’m working on changing my initial reaction to something hard from being negative to empowering And I’ve gained: 🔥 defined muscles 🔥 proper hamstring definition (I thought this day would never come!) 🔥 confidence that I’m stronger than I thought 🔥 a community of like minded ladies on their own journey 🔥 40 minutes to invest in myself in a different way than a workout But trusting enough to give it a go (knowing I’d get my money back if I didn’t like the results!)
