manages all that perfectly! This is the third Fitbit model I’ve had and not had a single problem with any spec 🙌🏼

Up bright & early this morning so breakfast is on the move! 85 calories for the pear because it’s teeny, I do plan on eating the remainder of last nights pizza for my lunch today but before then off to do some walking to earn it..🙄👌🏻
So yesterday I threw a party for my littlest, which meant that I was surrounded by masses of cupcakes all day. I ate a few which might have ended up just over my Syns but also didn’t eat any proper meals, so wasn’t on Plan at all and felt chaotic, Syn wise. After running around all day, notching up 15k steps, I ended up having a couple of large gins.... Anyway, back on track today!! Unless you have an underlying medical condition whether the word is ‘FAT’ or ‘FIT’ is your choice. There is no point making excuses about time, energy, money. Ultimately you are responsible for whether you prepare a healthy meal or go for a walk. Let’s all making that word stand for ‘FIT’ for us.

I weighed myself today (mine match the Slimming World scales) and I haven’t lost anything this week (following a gain last week). I’m gutted as have stuck to the plan 100% in terms of syns since I started in July. Rather than saying that the plan isn’t working for me, I went back to my photos of meals and journal. I’ve noticed a few things...my food is very yellow. What I mean by this is I eat a lot of eggs, pasta and potatoes. I am not getting at least 1/3 of my plate speed / vegetables. I was working on the mantra of eat as much as you want of the free foods, when actually the caveat around this is only if you have a 1/3 speed. So this morning, I have gone back to basics and added tomatoes and mushrooms to the English Breakfast in an effort to ‘up’ my speed / vegetables.
20 minutes cross trainer this morning. Had a few nibbles and a bloody 5.5 syns kinder egg!! Seriously?? There's barely any chocolate in it. Feel cheated and stupid for not checking first. Need to have a good day as weigh in is Tuesday and I'll also be wearing a blood pressure monitor too!! #backontrack #bodymagic #slimmingworld
