At the moment I’m working on finding that balance so that I can live the life I enjoy while still slaying my degree, but we’ll get there👸🏼 Just a reminder that if your training has to go to sh*t for a week or 2 while you focus on other things like family, school, work etc then that is perfectly fine! You have to priorities the more important things from time to time & the gym will always be there next week, the week after and even the week after that🤷🏼♀️ I love you, happy Saturday🍂

I think I should go back to therapy but idk. I was only discharged because I made them thinking was alright. My therapist pissed me off, my nan and mum were always in the room making little comments and acting as if they knew more about me than myself and on top of all that they always spent the whole time just sitting there looking at me when I said multiple times that I don't like people looking at me. So even though I should still be there now, I made them think I was fine so I could get out of that situation. This time when/if I go back I'm getting a new therapist and i'm going by myself

Sometimes I have some mental blockades and issues, that will stop me from going to training or even outside, which makes me feel horrible (nightmares, sleeping problems, constant hunger,..). The last month I am in and out of training, as I had some personal problems to overcome.
I did have to force myself to go to training today, but I know if I wouldn't do it, I would get back into a spiral of self-hate, frustration and anxiety.
Things that are good for you are not always things you WANT to do.
Learn what's good for you and pull through with it, it's gonna be worth it.
