Raw post 🤷♀️ I’ve lost motivation this week so today I took a side by side to compare where I was at in April. And this brought me back to reality, I’ve come so far through this weight loss journey, no I’m not where I’d like to be, the more weight I lose, the more loose skin I get. But it’s so worth it even if that’s the outcome because I’ve become so much stronger mentally and physically. Reaching goals one day at a time, I got my wedding dress delivered, so my next goal is losing another 17 pounds roughly to be able to zip it comfortably!

I always have had a large booty but never was it round, perky and lifted.... until I PUT IN THE WORK!
Building strong, firm and perky glutes may take TIME but please realize nothing will happen or transform overnight! Good things take TIME!! 💯 If your glutes are tiny, flat,saggy, large please understand that you can ALWAYS change that with HARD WORK, PROPER NUTRITION, the RIGHT workout plan to suite your 🍑 goals and CONSISTENCY!! It took me a while to see the results I wanted to see with my glutes, but i brought my best package on stage at my first show with the @wbff_official
in Las Vegas where I placed 1st in my category! You could say all those booty building days were worth it❗️
Here are some of my tips to help you with your booty building transformation👇
1️⃣ Eat enough protein in your diet! Make sure you are getting in your daily protein amount you can also include in your diet protein powders, protein bars etc. Make sure you are eating super proteins to help rebuild your glutes! Such as eggs, lean red meat, fish etc.. __
2️⃣ I train my lower body at least 2-3 times a week! Nothing less nothing more to get the results you want❗️
3️⃣ Make sure you are incorporating compound movements such as: hip thrusts, deadlifts, lunges, squats while also adding in isolation exercises❗️
4️⃣ Get off that treadmill and get on the stairclimber! Doing sprints, intervals and steady state cardio on the stair climber will help build muscle in your glutes which will help them growww!
