Dinner tonight was amazing.
Totally gorged myself on a Fathead Dough Pizza.
Very simple to make with fantastic end results.
I wasnt counting macros on this one but they would be fairly high considering the ingredients.
1 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2tbsp Cream Cheese
3/4 cup of Almond Flour
1 Large Egg
And some seasoning of your choice (I used Garlic Plus)
Preheat Oven to 425°. Combine the Mozzarella and Cream Cheese in a microwave safe dish, I used my measuring cup to save dishes. Microwave for 1 minute, stir and microwave for another 30 seconds.
After that add the Almond Flour, Egg and Seasoning and stir until thoroughly combined.
Roll flat into your desired shape onto a baking sheet, I find it easiest to roll it flat with my hands between 2 layers of parchment paper so it doesnt stick.
Poke holes in the dough with a fork to allow heat to escape and prevent bubbles.
Bake for 8 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and pop and bubbles that may have formed.
Top with whatever your heart desires and bake again for 10 more minutes.
I could have gotten away with eating 2 slices and being full, but I decided to go for 4 slices which may have been a bit to much lol.
And I have 4 slices for leftovers tomorrow which reheats in the microwave very nicely.
Biggest surprise about this pizza is how it is practically not greasy at all even though it is made almost entirely out of cheese.
Will definitely be making this fairly often.

Hit-the-spot hot & sour soup 🍲Soup season is officially here and this is one of our favourite soups. Plus it is so easy and so quick to make so you can eat it that much faster ♨️This soup will really warm you up and is sure to satisfy 😋👌
To make: Cut 4 mushrooms, slice 1/4 cup water chestnuts and cut a bunch of snow peas into sticks/ Boil them in 4 cups chicken broth/ Once it’s boiled, lower heat and simmer. Add some pepper, 4 tbsp dark soy sauce and 3 tbsp vinegar. Stir all together. Depending on the type of soy sauce and vinegar you use you might need to adjust to taste as tamari, aminos, rice vinegar etc all have slightly different intensities/ Add about a tsp of chili paste and a tsp of xanthan gum and stir/ Drop in some uncooked deveined shrimp. They will only take a few minutes to cook through/ Then stir the soup so it is going in a circular motion and slowly pour in a beaten egg to make the egg ribbons/ Add green onion once you’ve portioned into bowls/ Enjoy!! 🍲

Breakfast this morning- scrambled eggs and fried cheese.
I often get asked what I eat for lunch since switching to carnivore. I wish I could be eating steaks for every meal, but that’s just not possible with my schedule. Thus, I end up with an easy to make, easy to reheat, no BS lunch like this: ground beef and some soft boiled eggs. People ask me if I get tired of eating the same thing every day. Honestly? Not really LOL I love me some beef 😍❤️
Bulletproof coffee and Star Wars potato heads...definitely a saturday morning as a dad of 2 young ones.
Managed to whip up some banana pancakes for the wife and kids and some nice over easy eggs for me as a quick breakfast.
I am currently out of butter and bacon!...better hit the grocery store at some point today.
