#yougotthis ✖️ I've met a lot of people throughout the years that let negativity or fear hold them back. Sometimes its the negativity of those around them that hold them back, sometimes it's their own negative feelings/emotions/doubt that hold them back. Same thing with fear. Fear or failure. Fear of the effort required to achieve those goals and turn those dreams into reality. Fear of change. 👉 Here's the thing: even the most successful ones have had negative thoughts at one point or another. When you move into a new direction and things are getting tough.. Difference is that those successful does NOT let those negative thoughts take over. Success comes from facing your fears AND moving straight forward towards your goals and dreams. ✖️💯🔥 It's OK to feel fear. It's ok to have those negative thoughts creep into your mind. Just don't let that change your course towards your own personal greatness. ✖️ Been meeting a lot of interesting people the last few weeks. Inspiring ones. People who work hard towards their own (big) goals, who don't back down to challenges. I admire that because I know how hard it can be to go for your biggest and most challenging goals. 👉 And I hope you are one of those that won't let anything stand in your way towards greatness! 🙌🏼😀👊 Have an awesome day, wherever you are - and thanks for being part of our tribe! 🙏🏻 ✖️✖️ #gymquotes#motivationalquotes#nonegativity#nofear#fearless#fearnothing ✖️✖️
"Am I really working hard to achieve my dream? My goal? " ask to yourself and start moving once again if you're feeling like quitting. Sometimes consistentcy to a high extent brings extraordinary results and it requires immense efforts. That's why they're not for everyone. So be patient and keep working no matter what. I am feeling better and I will be back! Stronger and more enthusiastic. 💪🙏
I’ve been waking up an extra half hour earlier than I usually do to train earlier and I FEEL GREAT! My training sessions have been more intense and my energy levels are steadily increasing. ✨ Hope everyone is having a fabulous Tuesday! What did you train today?

Been working with Nick since February, literally couldn’t ask for a better client. Worked his ass off every session, always logged everything daily (steps, calories, protein, daily weigh-ins) and never made excuses. What did he achieve?
⬇️8kg (you’d never think he needed to lose that much from the first photo would you)
⬇️14cm Chest (much leaner!)
Alongside this he also:
⬆️Training & Nutritional Knowledge
It’s been an absolute pleasure working with you over the last 8 months and I wish you all the best for the future mate 😊
