Happy Friday everyone!!🤪 Today I had a great pull session (back and biceps). These are just a few exercises I did!!💪🔥 Exercises down below👇⁣ ⁣ video 1: barbell bent-over row⁣ video 2: seated dumbbell bicep curls⁣ video 3: one-arm row⁣ video 4: EZ-bar bicep curls (wide grip)⁣ video 5: standing bicep curls w/ straight bar (I did 10 reps of 45lbs following 10 reps of 35lbs)
Still feeling this mean jet lag after the vacation we had. 15 hour timezone difference to be exact - it takes its toll on your body, no doubt! Nonetheless, I’m pleased that I didn’t let myself get too off track while I was away. I tried my best to keep myself on top of my training and nutrition. We’re hitting 10 weeks out tomorrow from the @summershreddingevents 🙌🏼 . It's a bit of a Push Day workout. . . Hitting those delts and triceps have always been a big priority for me especially because my delts and triceps are so freaking long. Takes a lit to build these puppies...but with consistency and determination they are coming along. . . This is only part of a push workout. These are easy trisets and supersets yiu can toss into your Upperbody workout. . . Triset 4x15 1️⃣ OHP 2️⃣ Bent over row (wider grip focus on those rear delts) 3️⃣ BB front raises . . Superset 4x15 4️⃣ Seated DB shoulder press 5️⃣ Seated lateral raises . . These are lighter weights higher reps... . . I have a date with my husband today and can't wait...we are eating sushi. Vacation food was good, but nothing special...so I definitely can't wait to have some good deliciousness... . . After my son was born we didnt go on a date for the first four years of my son's life we didn't feel the need, but it sure is nice to have these opportunities now...I like not having to rush with my food and focusing on my son eating his food...it's nice to relax... . . I recommend it DAILY because it’s so high in magnesium and antioxidants.
