Holy cow! What a crazy morning I’ve had! I woke up and made this beautiful smoothie bowl😍🤪😩😊 1 Cup of raspberries
1 Cup of strawberries🍓
3 Bananas 🍌
1/2 cup of almond milk/coconut milk🥥
And add your toppings, I have chia seeds, flax seeds and coconut granola also I just did an intense 30 minute workout 10 minutes on the treadmill followed with 20 minute thigh&butt workout but I feel amazing 😊😊
Its wedding anniversary number two tomorrow, we have been celebrating for the last two days.
One thing I love to do is to look back and go yep, that was the universe giving me exactly what was meant for me.
The universe knew my need for safety, security, freedom & peace... once I opened myself to that: Universe delivered it. I took that need of mine & made it a non negotiable in my life.
Finding the people who share your inner most passions, desires, wants & needs is absolutely possible.
He & I gave it to the universe and opened the door for ourselves years ago to be ready for what comes....and here we are.
We are sharing in each others journey through life. We are the safe space, we have the freedom to be who we truly are, we are secure in this gift that is our partnership.
And incredibly, we have peace within us that all the experiences Universe is bringing are meant for us to grow through & witness together. #lovelife

Today is self care Sunday for me and my Family!! It’s not all about pampering your self with baths and masks ( even though, those feel Devine🥰 ) but also making sure you are taking care of your mind and soul and our relationships.
We are working on making sure our family unit is secure. When we are going throu ups and downs We go through it Better Together. So making sure that we take time to really connect with one another helps us have a great communication as well as our week runs just a little bit smoother💕.

Holy.crap! My parents pushed ME when I thought I’d be pushing THEM! 😍😂 I did full burpees! 10 of them!! 😍😍💪🏻 and y’all my parents are beasts! They both did the full burpees too!!!
One of the best things that my family has done in the last 3 years is we have all gone on our own fitness journey! We each have our own thing and we love to share it with each other! 🌻

What are small ways you treat yourself? I used to have a mocha every single morning, easily drinking 500 calories in addition to my breakfast. I knew I needed to spare my waistline and pocket book by kicking this habit. I don't deny myself my coffee fix, but instead of insisting it's a need I now consider it a once a week treat.
My treat of choice is a toasted keto cold brew with a shot of sugar free hazelnut from @dutchbroscoffee
This 24oz coffee comes out to 140 calories and 3g of carbs.
I don't feel deprived, instead I feel free. I choose to love myself by seeing specialty coffee as a treat instead of a daily need and valuing what I put into my body. What food transformations have you mentally made? How do you treat yourself?
My first walk outside this year 😁 it was great to breathe fresh air for once 😅 and my post number 1000!!! But now my headache has gotten the best of me and I will jist chill on the couch for the rest of the night 😏

I see post of people being nervous or some sort of feelings when they’re going to a social event where there’s going to be temptation. Yesterday was my father in laws 60th birthday party. I ate cheese&crackers, chips&dip, served myself a plate of food, and even had a double serving of ice cream cake. I also played the with kids, played an amazing game called secret hitler which I wish it had a different title because the game is so much fun, had beautiful conversations with amazing people. I’ve learned to be kinder to myself mentally. I didn’t over stuff myself, I also enjoyed myself, I did better then the previous years and I’m happy about that. Life is a balancing act. A night of enjoyment (not binging) isn’t going to reverse all my progress. Enjoy self, but most importantly be kind to yourself because when you’re kind you don’t get in the mindset of I ruined a day F the next day or the week. It’s okay, you’re strong, laugh. Proclaim yourself and your phone the official party photographer, engage in conversations, if there’s kids play with them. I know this isn't the best comparison since I'm wearing a hoodie, but I wanted to use this because that first photo was basically my breaking point. I hated the way I looked and felt. Flash forward to last night, wearing basically the same outfit and I realized how much more comfortable I am in my own skin than I was that day. I feel so much better. This is about a 14 pound difference, and I don't plan on stopping here. 💪
