The picture on the left was taken during a Disney trip in February 2017. It was this trip that I finally decided that I needed to make some changes. I was so sore at the end of the day from walking and I was sucking in my stomach as hard as I could and you can still see my rolls 😳 Fast forward 18 months and lots of hard work later and I feel so much better and my clothes fit better. It was definitely not easy, and I am definitely not done, but I really like the way I look and feel right now. It has been a while since I could honestly say that. Thanks @sweat.n.signs

so I didn't eat the whole batch in a day...
I have thought long about @cphhalf
since Sunday 🤔 I got my PR of 1.38.06, but was it worth it?
The answer is NO and here is why:
- I should have stopped at 15km when my hip flexor started hurting, but I used the logistics of getting home with no phone or money as an excuse to continue 🙄
- My ego wouldn’t allow me to slow down my pace😔
- Honestly I didn’t enjoy the race, the atmosphere was great, but simply too many runners and it never opened up, like in the OCR and trail races that I’m used to😏
Bottom line, I only have one race left this year, and that’s a race where I just want a good experience otherwise, no more races for me until my body is back to a 100% and I’ve improved my running technique 😊 Oh yea, and no more road races, it’s too boring, I want trail trail trail ⛰😍

Wow, I can’t believe today marks the fourteenth year of your birth. While looking at your pictures from birth until now, I find it hard to believe that four years from now we will be celebrating your high school graduation. I’ve been tough on you especially lately but it’s in preparation for the challenges ahead. As your father it’s my duty to provide you with the necessary tools to succeed in this game we call life.
