DO NOT LET ONE BAD EVENT RUIN YOUR PROGRESS
Not the best of days today, felt a little drained, so game face on, time for some weighted therapy!
Life can be s**t some times, there will always be something getting in the way to hinder your progress..... but rather than let that one bad thing turn into 2, 3, 4 days of negative thoughts, missing workouts, comfort eating.... draw a line, and tell yourself “I will not let ONE negative event hinder the rest of my progress”. Did I have the best work out?.... it could of been better... but do you know what, it still got done!
