I have had a similar quote to this hanging in my house for about 10 years. It was a gift from our friends when we got engaged #solongago
but it has been packed now in preparation for our move.
It’s so true. Why worry? If there’s no way to change the outcome what’s the point? Buddha knows his shit man! You could even say he’s a wise man 🤣
It’s been a bit since I did a blog post. Between work, school, and my health... it feels like I have little time for much else these days. So it was important to me to try to get back to doing more of what I love. ❤️
This week in particular has been hard for me. I can’t help but feel like I will be on a forever decline. BUT surrounding myself with things that give me inspiration has helped turn it around. 💜

Pretty sure anyone who’s been around my IG feed the last few weeks knows this is my hands-down favourite time of year!
🍁 But seriously… nothing compares! Cooler temperatures, sweaters & boots — the world showing us how beautiful aging can truly be!
This week got away from me between family visiting, health issues & birthdays. Waking up this morning knowing I had to post so many pictures today to keep my feed’s feel (hello OCD) was not a fun one. 😣
Who wants to START the day with adrenaline pumping & a time crunch ahead?
So tonight I’m taking it slow & enjoying this brief relief from the chaos 😅

Came back to the Rec Center today to get my cardio and core in!
10 minute warm-up on zee #stairmasterofdeath
100 reps of rotary twist (machine, both sides for oblique work)
75 reps of Russian twists (each side)
75 reps of wall ball crunches with dynamax ball throws (will have to showcase this one soon!)
Ended with a 15-minute power walk on the treadmill at maximum incline!
It's been a jam-packed day but one that was incredibly enjoyable! You never know what you're capable of until you put your mind into it! 🙌 Hope all you amazing people had a fantastic day! #staystrong
