Have you ever been impatient and in a rush while microwaving your food? You’re just staring at the seconds. And, the numbers seem to be moving so slowly?
And, you end up just stopping it earlier because you’re impatient. And, the food is still not warm enough then you have to reheat it and wait all over again. #guilty
Well, you and I can be like that towards what we’re working towards. We get all worked up and press the end button too early then realize with regret you shouldn’t have done that!
You and I can become so impatient and WANT IT NOW! Maybe for you it’s your weightloss and workouts where you press the button in your mind and quit earlier than you told yourself.
Maybe for you, you’re not seeing any fat loss and it’s frustrating you. You begin to have the I-want-it-now attitude and quit your program then to start another program.
Which are you? The impatient type and want-it-now results?
Instead, have the mindset and patience of a Thriver that sees the VALUE in the process to gain the progress!
Did you just have an aha moment? You must enjoy the process to gain the PROGRESS! Without the continual process, there won’t be much progress. Nada.
I challenge you to do it when you’re working out to do each exercise all the way through, listening to a loved one ALL the way through and to give yourself that very gift!
