Today after my little Home Workout was my first time to try the 180 in freestyle calisthenics on the Bar (Low Basic)and I have to say it’s a lot of fun and I want more 💪🏼

Jeśli sobie tak myślę o swoim życiu, o swoich ostatnich kilku latach, ale generalnie można też spojrzeć na całe życie... ja pamiętam tyle te rzeczy które były maksymalnie szalone, te które były maksymalnie nieodpowiedzialne, te przy których skakała adrenalina i były na swój sposób wyjątkowe. Nie można być NORMALNYM, ja nie potrafię 😅

Some weekend Bar Works :)⠀

This circuit:⠀
1. Head bangers, try to keep your body super straight⠀
2. Bar dips, try to get your chest all the way to the bar. Put one foot on the ground if needed.⠀
3. Assisted muscle ups. Working on my turnover, the hardest part for me.⠀
4. L-sit extensions plus shoulder engagement. Really squeeze with your lats (push your shoulders away from your head) before you lift your knees!⠀
