And today we've got one last challenge for you: !
In this video I'm demonstrating the , the straight leg lift into the pose.
➡️To set up, hands shoulder width and spin the forearms in
➡️Press through your arms to round the upper back, reaching from the shoulders.
➡️Shift your weight forward onto your straight arms.
➡️Pull the lower belly in and try to stack your hips over the shoulders.
➡️Lift the legs!
