This is us. I'm trying so hard to incorporate my workouts in with our daily routine. Over the past 9 months I've come to the realization that it's easier for me to get my workout in while she is awake rather than waiting for her to nap. My prime motivation time has always been in the morning. While the workout was far from easy and perfect, it was my workout and I finished it. She is my reason to be healthy. Every day is a new day.
Day 3 of 21 day fix, because that is where my fitness journey began.

I am 1.4 lbs from my next huge goal!!! I wanted to be there by my birthday, but it looks like it will be a month sooner!!!! Yaaaassss!

and I had forgotten how much I LOVE Autumn’s daily life coaching during our workouts 😂
But seriously- going back to loops and sliders has been challenging. I thought doing it again would be easier, but y’all my body hadn’t done these workouts in awhile. Such a great way to keep your body guessing is switching up your workouts and equipment.
My motivation has been lacking lately and I see it. In my attitude, in the mirror, and in my workouts. But just like the quote above mentions...I can’t wait for something or some coach to motivate me. My motivation comes from inside with my determination to push play and set an example of healthy living for my daughter👊🏻

This is so true. I’m thankful for my health. It’s something that we can easily (and many of us often do!) take for granted. It’s not easy to drag myself out of bed most mornings, but I’m thankful to physically be able to get up and moving. What are you thankful for?
