💫 Once you realize that the road is the goal and that you are always on the road, not to reach a goal, but to enjoy its beauty and its wisdom, life ceases to be a task and becomes natural and simple, in itself an ecstasy. 🌟✨💫
I have my life together today about as much as I have my hair contained in this poor hair tie. So like. Not at all. 👋🏻😂 #StruggleIsREAL
Woke up with a sore throat, stuffy nose 🤧 and a cough. But I refuse to get sick, bruh. ✋🏻 #AintNobodyGotTimeForThat
I’m on the last leg of my detox ♻️ , my new Fit For Fall Virtual Bootcamp 💦 starts on Monday with some amazing ladies, and so does my new workout program! EEP.💪🏻😍
FREAKIN STOKED, DUDES. 🥂🙌🏻 #RaiseTheRoof
It’s been 3️⃣ weeks of no weightlifting // sweating 😅 my ass off and I’m dying inside without my workouts. 💀 Cray cray to think I used to hate fitness. 🤸🏼♂️ Now I cant live without it. 😳 Even with a busy 70-80 hour work week, my workouts keep me calm 🧘🏼♀️, give me a natural energy ALL day, help me focus (which is HARD when you own ✌🏻 businesses), and help me to be more confident. 🙌🏻 You CAN make it happen - no matter how busy you are. ✨
I never felt that in a gym. 🤷🏼♀️ I never thought I’d feel that working out in my tiny AF apartment. 😂😂 But sure enough, I do. I’m grateful for my tribe - they’ve kept me accountable, inspired, feeling LOVED, and they F U E L me more than I’ve ever been before. 💕 I believe in myself because of them. All because I decided to b e l i e v e in myself and M A K E time. 💁🏼♀️ No matter how “busy” I am. ⏰ You should totes join us, boo.
I’m looking for 🖐🏻 women who are ready to drop their excuses, GAIN a community, RAISE their vibrations, dive into self LOVE, and RUN with me. 🏃🏼♀️ We start Monday. If you’re waiting for a sign, this is it. 😉 💕
You’re making your life with autoimmune disease more difficult than it needs to be 🤷♂️🤷♂️
If I could only count the number of conversations I’ve had with women who do the same things and actually make their life 10x more difficult than it needs to be (when it’s barely working)…
This is not a hyperbole either. Seemingly, it’s very cliché at this point - #keto
, AIP diet, exercise, 15 supplements, then retesting labs to see if there’s a change. And nothing barely budges or if it does, it isn’t long before things revert back to the way it was.
People are hesitant to skip out of their comfort zone when it comes to healing and regaining energy back, losing weight, fitting into their clothes and having mental stability, to name a few of the popular symptoms, but they don’t realize that they have already taken 50 steps of their comfort zone already.😨😨
It’s clear - these gratuitous approaches are barely enough, yet we keep doing it anyway coming up short every time, so why tf do we keep doing it? Doctors don’t help with that, but ultimately, the onus is on you to explore something better and different.
With the work I do with my autoimmune clients, namely Hashimoto’s, we do the exact opposite of what everyone else does… diet, supplements, medications are the last thing I even think about. No one is going to fix symptoms by taking a shit load of supplements and medications. We need to wake tf up about that. Would you think that way about cancer?
It’s never that simple. PERIOD.
What if you had to do very little each week, implementing a new habit, technique or introducing a new modality that culminated to a full fledged game plan giving you the escape plan to your misery? Would you do it? Or would you stick with the banal, unoriginal protocols that nearly everyone does?
The choice is yours. You can keep jumping through hoops and climbing mountains until you burn out moving at snails pace or get quicker, more effective and long-lasting results for a lifetime.
If that’s what you want, would it it be worth it now to abandon what you’ve been doing and tried my approach?
Let me know 👇👇

Have you ever thought “I can’t coach or be an influencer because I don’t look like her or I’m not at my goal weight”?? 🙋🏻♀️ I did! And if I’m being honest, I still find myself comparing my body/journey/etc to those of others.
Stop 🛑 stop right now. I began my journey as a coach 100 lbs heavier. Was it hard to share those moments? Absolutely! But it also made me authentic and relatable! People wanted to follow and join my journey because it was relatable to THEM, not because I was a perfect size 2 or because I had my hair done perfectly every day. I tried to be those people, and I failed because it just wasn’t me!
I’m not perfect, I make mistakes daily, I still haven’t reached all my goals. But what I HAVE found is that I have a voice and a self that people can relate to and trust. THAT is what’s become important to me. Not perfection and not what / who I thought I HAD to be, but being and showing who I TRULY am on the inside and out. So before you tell yourself that you can’t, ask yourself this: “Are there currently people in the same place that I am that could benefit from seeing who I am, where I’ve been, and who I want to become?”
If that answer is yes, then we MUST talk! #heretohelp
Avocado cocunut pumpkin pie pudding
This Fish Taco 🌮 dinner was done from start to finish in less than 20 minutes. 🙌🏻 Can I get a hallelujah? The only prep I had to do was season and cook the salmon, chop and sautée the onions and peppers and do a quick chop of some some lettuce. Everything else was purchased and made with clean ingredients by someone other than me! Tap the pic for the details! We used @balancedbites
Tex Mex blend to season the fish and onions/peppers and it was so perfect. Mild but flavorful. It didn’t overpower the other flavors we had going on. Adam has his traditional taco style with the @sietefoods
tortillas and I had mine as a taco salad.
I never in a million years would have believed I would ever eat an avocado straight up with a spoon. In the past I tolerated guacamole because it was “good” for me. It is interesting how our taste buds change when we begin to focus on nutrient dense whole foods (and being able to digest and absorb those nutrients!). Now that I am getting the right balance of essential fatty acid ratios, I love avocados. Crazy cool how our body’s will work if we will quit putting junk in it.
Bush Blue Lake 274 Bean will be in our garden year after year! Green beans have always been a favorite of mine, and I loved having them from my grandparents' garden. This variety was easy to grow, and adjusted to a failing support system like it watched me put it up and expected it to fail all along... I'm sure it will do even better next year with good support. They have great flavor and best of all, no strings, even on the bigger pods that got away from me a bit. Plan on continuous picking if you get these guys, as I was able to get multiple harvests from each plant by letting tinies grow on up.
Memories of my grandparents and that garden have grown more precious over the years, but even more so in their absence. One of the funnier memories occurred when their cat, Leroy, repeatedly attacked Nannaw while she was elbow deep in beans. Recollecting while elbow deep myself gave me a chuckle and reminded me to be happy that our two crazy kitties live inside the shop.
Autoimmune Protocol calls for only edible podded beans, like green beans, snap beans, snow peas and garden peas... What are your top 3 varieties of these?
What are your fondest memories of the garden or growing things while growing up? Planter box to backyard to big farm, it doesn't matter.

I first posted this 👇 recipe for rustic pork chops with herbs and grapes in 2013, when my blog was still practically brand new, and I still make it today! Why mess with a good thing, right?! It’s AIP friendly and also works for people following SCD or who need to moderate their FODMAP intake. And it’s delicious!!
👉Pork Chops with Grapes & Herbs
2 cups of grapes, washed and removed from stem
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil, ghee, or grassfed butter
2-3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon of fresh sage, minced-4 bone-in pork chops, about ½ inch thick
sea salt to taste
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. On a small rimmed cookie sheet or baking dish, toss grapes with melted fat and herbs. Sprinkle with salt and place in oven to roast for about 20 minutes, or until grapes start to brown and burst open.
3. Meanwhile, salt pork chops and heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high flame.
4. Sear chops until brown, about 2-4 minutes each side.
5. Transfer skillet with pork chops to oven and roast for 10 minutes.
6. Remove from oven and allow pork chops to rest in pan for another 10 minutes.
7. Toss grapes over top pork chops and serve.

This bracelet is a TREASURE. It’s a power source, a comfort, and a sweet reminder. Three of the beads absorb oils I put on them every day. Today was: •Digize (I’ve been insanely bloated lately. I’ve introduced new things (supposedly good things 🙄)into my diet, so maybe that is why??) •Eucalyptus (been needing some refreshment from some sniffles)
•Fulfill Your Destiny by #youngliving
(cause that’s what we do everyday, right??) •
This little bracelet I’ve worn for months straight now, and I love it. I would love to make you one too!! DM me a little about yourself and I’d love to put together one for you. My treat! 🖤
Are you halfway out the door with big plans for the weekend?
I’ll be quick and tell you about my plans in only 4 words:
I couldn't do it in three! HA! Can you?
Tell me your plans—in just three words!
At least try to 😛
Trying to keep this moisture all year round is tough!! Anyone can tell you the humidity drops as it gets colder, sucking out the water in the air and MY FACE! And hands 🙈
In the summer I’ll exfoliate twice a week but in the winter time I exfoliate just ONCE. For my skin it’s crucial to keep as many natural oils as I can in it to help protect it. This is where my Cleansing Balm steps in and becomes my best friend. It’s a Best Seller for a reason and I can’t live without it. I actually carry travel sized ones on planes with me so I can fly with dewy skin 👸🏽 I wash my face morning and night with it. It literally just melts eye make up off - it’s soft, moisturizing and leaves my skin dry without being drying. Then after I cleanse with it, 3 nights a week I’ll leave it on as a face mask (see ingredient list for full details) as it has Vitamin C, Raspberry & Cranberry oil. (I use our Overnight Resurfacing Peel the other nights & alternate). ❤️As an added Holiday bonus BC has actually increased the size by 0.63oz just for $9 more AND added a chic ivory box to make gifting even easier!! Plus the new jar is gorgeous! ❤️ Hope you all have a great weekend and Happy Moisturizing!! As always, feel free to ask me any questions... www.beautycounter.com/ReginaRobles

Every fall I look forward to making my favorite salad!! I call it fall salad because it’s basically fall in a salad. Sweet potatoes, bacon, maple ACV dressing...all the fall things! 🧡
People with autoimmune disease tend to be extremely hard on themselves resulting in small or blocked heart chakras. There seems to be a reoccuring theme of self sabotage and self hatred. Over time are bodies learn to mirror these thoughts and beliefs. It's kinda like the saying "monkey see monkey do" Except in this case its "Mind say, body do" ..well maybe its not like the saying at all but you know what I mean...if we continuously attack ourselves, our bodies will begin to do the same.
There are many factors that come into play when developing an autoimmune disease but a huge precursor is lack of self love. However if the body has the ability to attack itself, it also has the ability to heal itself. Self love is so important because our bodies are always listening to us and reflecting that of which we believe to be true!
This yoga pose is a great heart opener. When I first discovered I had an autoimmune disease I could barely stand on my knees and do a slight back bend without experiencing great discomfort. Now that I practice self love and my heart chakra has blossomed this pose is way easier for me to do. It's a great pose for giving and receiving unconditional love💕 .

What I’m learning in this journey of mindful eating is that everything can be paired together. The Standard American Diet (SAD 😫) teaches us that meals have to be served in a certain way. We’re taught that cereal is for breakfast, burgers go with fries, carbs are bad, bacon goes with eggs, and on and on and on. Wrong! We have to relearn the way we see food and meals. (It’s so hard! Trust me. I know.) Burgers can be paired with leafy greens. Carbs (unrefined) are great. Breakfast doesn’t have to be pancakes. Breaking this mode of thought allows for so much more healthy creativity like with my lunch for today. It ended up being a weird mix and match of what was left over in the refrigerator at the end of the week, but it was healthy, delicious, and fulfilling! 🌱

I began dating this fabulous man in 1991. I was a senior and he was a junior. ⠀
I told him that we were dating for fun and that I was NOT going to fall for him. ⠀
And through that first year, he helped me feel safe to be me. He accepted me for all of who I am. He broke down all of the walls that I had built up around my heart. We had so much fun together. ⠀
He loved me - as I am. ⠀
As it turns out, I did the same for him. And still do. ⠀
Every year we laugh about that convo. We always say “It just kept on being fun!” And here we are in 2018, three kids and a lifetime of dreaming and doing together! ⠀
Let me be clear. This kind of intention takes work. This kind of relationship doesn’t just plop down in your lap and flourish on its own. ⠀
It takes daily effort. It’s fun and loving and at times a hot freakin mess and it’s ours. ⠀
What makes us work? ⠀
🌟 Giving each other the space to be sovereign. To have our own desires. To have and pursue our own dreams. ⠀
🌟 To come together daily, to talk, to make love, to BE together. To dream and plan together. ⠀
🌟 knowing what kind of baggage we are both carrying and working to heal it. Yeah, this one’s a biggie because as we heal, we grow. And as we grow, we trigger growth in each other, which reveals baggage for healing. And round and round we go. ⠀
🌟 Boundaries, compassion and understanding. We are SoulHeartedly here for each other while not rescuing each other from our pain either. ⠀
He’s the pb to my j. I’m feel very grateful that we found each other and have chosen to grow together. Because it’s magnificent.

Hello All! My daughter Vanessa drew this beautiful butterfly 🦋 on my thyroid. I have recently received amazing news...My TPO Thyroid Antibodies are undetectable 😅 After 15+ years living with Hashimoto’s my thyroid is no longer under attack. Visit my blog at www.indigofam.com (Link in Bio) to read all about the changes I’ve made in the last 6 months to eliminate the TPO Thyroid antibodies. I am so grateful for all the online support and encouragement from other Hashi’s patients. 💗💜💗
Dinner Day 129 AIP: I missed posting meals the past couple days... it’s been insanely busy for me! Tonight I had basically nothing in the fridge to make for dinner, so I kept it simple: kale and garlic in my frying pan with coconut oil and a bit of salt (legit so good!), sweet potato cooked in the microwave (way faster when you’re not patient enough to wait for the oven or stove), and 2 chicken legs that I had pre-cooked in the freezer. •

I’m Alysa 💁🏻♀️ and thought I would do a little “About Me” post to give a little insight into who I am and why I’m here ☺️ I am a 23 year old currently living on the beautiful Central Coast of California ☀️ I am an actor, dancer and singer currently taking a mental health break from it everything to focus on me and getting better. I have major anxiety/panic disorder and depression and I want to start sharing the ways I have helped manage these issues and the changes I’ve implemented in my lifestyle to help me keep going! Starting @heartfeltfoodtherapy
is my personal way of opening up to people and how, for me, finding baking to channel my energy in to has completely changed my life.
During the last year, I was diagnosed with dermatographia, a condition where my body produces too much histamine and causes give all over my body wherever I scratch or touch. I can actually write words on my skin, which is SO weird 🤷🏻♀️ unfortunately no one knows the cause or how to cure it, so the first thing I was recommended to do was COMPLETELY RESTRICT my diet 🙅🏻♀️ (thanks Mom 😘) My first step was removing ALL inflammatory foods... wheat, dairy, even spinach and citrus because they contribute to histamine release in the body. It was the #autoimmuneprotocol
diet I was to follow until my allergy test results came back. I then found out I was allergic to Wheat, Olives/Olive Oil and I already knew I was allergic to avocados 🥑 (WHICH IS TERRIBLE). But even after following the strict diet my skin did not change at all, HOWEVER how different I FELT in my body was INCREDIBLE.
I want be here to show you just how easy it is for a self-taught home baker to make delicious gluten-free vegan desserts and baked goods because YES it IS easier than you think. I hope that sharing my recipes can help others like you want to start baking in this way because all us #allergy
people need our sweets, too 😜

Dealing with IBS is NOT NORMAL but it is common. 😱 🤯Common does NOT equal normal🤯
What if I told you that one shake a day made me go from multiple hospital visits a year for several years for my IBS to NOT A SINGLE VISIT since I started drinking it?? 🤗🤗 #askmymommma
Yes, along the way I have learned a LOT more about gut health and made changes in my diet, but this is the ONLY change I made for the first...two years?
Dealing with IBS sucks. But you shouldn't be just stuck "dealing" with it. Let me show you how to kick its ass 😜
