Thanks to everyone who has raved about ‘Diet Doctors’ bread rolls on Instagram over the last couple of days.... it made me give them a go and they are super quick to make compared to the bagels and no eggy taste! These are now my favorite bread... YOU MUST TRY THEM!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Carnivore or not, these were so tasty! I made a dry marinade for the wings using 1tspn garlic powder, 1/2 tspn salt and some pepper than fried them in animal lard.
Kane even loved them which is saying something because he’s so anti keto 🤨❤️ than he said he has been putting on 500g a day (over exaggeration) and it must be because of all the fat I’m feeding him. I lol’d, because he doesn’t even eat what I eat usually. I told him he’s overeating and not to blame it on keto 🤣
I was too lazy to cook so we had takeaway for dinner. I love me some chicken wings ❤️
So this #randomcarnivorechallenge
is in its final week and I'm really not hungry today so I'm going to listen to my body and continue fasting until I am. I'm curious to see how long it takes 😳

📝 This weeks meal plan!
Because I always get asked - I eat one big main meal each day. This occurs around dinner time. I will also usually have a post dinner snack or dessert to top off my macros for the day. I also have an almond latte every morning.

We decided to support the 🍓 farmers and went picking 🍓🍓🍓🍓 today! If you aren’t from Australia the strawberry industry has been hit at their most profitable time.... people have been putting needles into strawberries.... strawberries were taken off the shelves (nationally) and farmers have had to destroy their product. The first strawberry farm had run out of strawberries thanks to the public’s support of turning up and paying to pick their own.... it made me quiet emotional to see the gratitude of the farmer as he was apologizing to us for wasting our time driving out to his farm.... we were thrilled to be turned around as that’s a win for the farmers! We drove for another 30 minutes and found another farm that had its gates open to the public.... During the worst times in life you can always find beauty.... so good to see the city folks hurting for the farmers and doing something to help them.... I’m sure it has made those producers feel like they have been given a hug from their city relations....

Been at least 6 months since I wore swimmers and it’s kinda nice feeling a bit more confident in my own skin 🤸♀️
Ya sis is a genuine damn mess. 3 months ago I let my depo needle run out (contraceptive needle) and my body is I assume trying to balance out my hormones and holy shit don’t stand in my path. I am a dragon one minute and an emotional wreck the next. I’m totally fine then I’m wanting to eat the world in one swoop. For your own safety, keep away ❌❌ I’m genuinely not really an emotional nor moody person. I don’t even recognise myself at this point. No offence to me but WTAF?
Because I suddenly want to eat anything within my sight I’m being kind to myself and allowing myself to eat at maintenance rather than a calorie deficit when I need to. My scales are up but I know to ignore that for now.
I very rarely say it but holy smokes it’s difficult being a woman sometimes!
Anyway.. that’s my bitch over. To all the women out there.. you are a bad ass 💪🏼 Our bodies are incredible. Through thick and thin.

🛒 This weeks food haul!
As you can see there wasn’t much for us to get this week. We are going to be using some of the freezer stashed meat from last weeks meat haul and also still have a tonne of cabbage left from last week so will make our way through that. I will pick up a couple of fresh items to make a salad later in the week but other than that this is all we needed.
Simple, delicious and budget friendly eating - love it !
