Purpose is what makes you get uncomfortable but you speak regardless
Purpose is standing up for what you believe.
Purpose is being driven by a force you can’t explain

I've gotten really good at taking time for myself, by myself, away from everyday things and people...including my 2 heartbeats👩👧👦...I know it sounds noble and almost saint-like to proclaim being it all and doing it all and never needing anything for yourself, especially women, but can we call out that BS?...Can we all agree that personal time to recharge or simply breath is a necessity if you want to maintain your sanity?
Believe me, I've heard all the excuses..heck I've used most of them myself 🤷♀️..I don't have time, I'm too busy, no one else can do what I'm doing..blah blah blah...but at the risk of sounding morbid, someone can absolutely do what you do....not like you, maybe better, maybe worse or just different but if you died today, dropped from a heart attack caused by all this stress, or had a stroke, all the things that you felt couldn't wait, will find a way to get resolved ...this is a note for all the "need to do it all" women like me, and some men, telling you that it's ok to get tired. And when you are, it's very much ok to throw some shit in an overnight bag and ask everyone to excuse you, even if it's just for a day...and whatever it is you think needs to be done can wait while you gather up your body and your sanity....🌌🖤🌌

This is me. Instead of screaming at Walmart I like to do it in my car. Have you ever allowed yourself to just scream at the top of your lungs? It works really exhilarating. I use this practice with clients, friends and anyone who just really needs to blow of steam. Something that helped us deal with the overwhelm of having too many brain tabs open is ‘The Place Mat’ technique Abraham Hicks taught us. Take a big piece of paper and write as a heading on the left side “Things I will do today” and as a heading on the right side “Things I would like the Universe to do.” Now look at your ‘things to do today’ list and select only the things you really NEED to do today and really WANT to do today. Write the things you’ve selected down on the left side. Write all the other tasks on your list on the right side of the paper under the Universe’s to do list.
This practice teaches you to prioritise your tasks but most importantly to give attention to the things that you really desire. Trust that the Universe will take care of the rest and you’ll be surprised how many things will be manifested before you even knowing it. I can post these 3 pics, now that the advertisement we did has already been released on social media. It was a sunny day, but thankfully our scenes - and faces - were well-guarded indoors, away from the sincerely shining sun.
As an ancillary note, the coffee was alright; it did what it was built to do, but it just didn't deserve that high of a price tag, lol. Whatever the case may be, being lucky enough to be part of that shoot is nothing less than a blessing.

This is me. I accept that I'm a working progress. I know that the journey towards reaching my full potential and having the impact that I want to have on the world is far from over.

What brings me joy? 🙏🏼 Being my best self + mentoring other women to achieve success in their own lives. What is success? I’d define it as living a happy, healthy life fueled by passion and purpose 🦋 Where you’re surrounded with others who want exactly what you want out of life. They are your teammates, friends, motivators and biggest supporters. They push you, you push them and we’re all better because of it.
I dreamed of this type of “job” when I stopped playing soccer after I graduated college and quickly realized what the “real world” had in store for me 👀 I was no longer surrounded by a sisterhood… it was dull, grey cubicle walls + with suits, heels and excel spreadsheets 🤓 I was working in Corporate finance and convinced myself that was a new reality I had to just get over, since that’s what I was “supposed to do” as an adult.
After 5+ years of slipping further and further away from myself… I decided it was time for a change. I thought about everything that I genuinely enjoyed + where my strengths lied and started making small little decisions that would get me closer to my idea of success ✨ As a part of that, I said yes to coaching almost 3 years ago. I had no idea what it had in store and to be honest, I was super skeptical about it but it checked all those boxes so I said what’s the worst that can happen? 🥳
It’s crazy to think that *single decision* has allowed me to grow a team of HUNDREDS of women from all across the country who are also seeking that same definition of success 👯♀️ All whom I met through social media.. and for the record, I had ZERO social media experience or skills coming into this. When there is a will, there is a way, my friends 🙌🏼
The takeaway here is that YOU are in control. If you don’t like your current circumstances, change them. No one else is going to do it for you, so roll up those sleeves and turn those dreams into your very own beautiful reality 💕🥂

I am GRATEFUL to live in this social media age. Many years ago I wouldn’t even have the opportunity to be supporting myself partially through my art.
But that isn’t to say it isn’t hard work.
Im up later than I would like because I need to take the time to write down some goals and plan out some business stuff.
I’m working a “regular” job to support my craft mostly. I’m also worrying about creating, editing, content, shipping, advertising, networking, photography etc...
That being said, I would rather work 90 hours a week for myself, than 40 for someone else. #goals
