Even though @atmosfiredubai is a meat lover's paradise, it has nailed its dessert menu that deserves a try by one and all 😍
After a lot of pondering, we decided to go for the Caramel Pecan Mousse Cake and I kid you not I still dream about it sometimes 😋
Its a tough choice between abs and kebabs and I always end up going for the latter 🤦♀️ But can't blame myself cos these dukkah lamb kebabs with smoked eggplant puree and quinoa tabouleh @atmosfiredubai are straight from the kebabs heaven 🤤
@atmosfiredubai is great new restaurant that has opened on Jumeirah Beach Road - a sophisticated venue with exposed brickwork (or appears to be brick work) and huge open fire pit! If you love meat you’ll love it here! The plates are small but perfect to share and so many dishes are delivered to your table that’s it’s impossible to leave hungry. The stand out dishes for me was the lamb cutlet starter and the beef brisket starter - I honestly could have eaten two more plates of each! Once we’d finished our final dish our extremely knowledgable and helpful waitress Maria asked if we wanted dessert! I defaulted and said no - only to change my mind once we saw the menu and I’m so glad we did! The ‘Trickle’ tart and salted caramel Mille Feuille were absolutely to die for, light and full of flavour - the perfect way to end a fabulous meal!
Some more pictures of the starters and shrub drinks @atmosfiredubai ... The way the shrub drink is created is particularly interesting with roots from Persian history where they would put the fruits in vinegar and add sugar to preserve the fruits .. Atmosfire does the same , preserving the fruits for 2-3 weeks and then extracting the contents and adding sparkling water to make an awesome drink
