A: Min 4-6 mos prior to desire move time. This will allow time for evaluation of credit, Income and other factors to the mortgage application. 12 mos for credit challenges. .
Q: What’s the first step of the home buying process?
A: Getting pre- approved for a mortgage loan. Getting a pre- approval letter will get the ball rolling in the right direction. .
Q: What kind of credit score do I need ?
A: Most loan programs require a score of 620
or above. However, I have a STRONG team of lenders with loan products w/ min score of 580. With credit restoration programs available. .
Q: How long does it take to buy a home ?
A: Average time is 30-45 days. A well - prepared buyer has been known to complete the sell faster.
Q: Can I buy a home after a bankruptcy, foreclosure or short sale?
A: Yes, Yes and Yes. Re - establishing your credit after these unfortunate circumstances will give you buying power. -
