A client would also get a note on regressions and progressions. For example the note on regression for the Split Squat may be to hold on to a wall or chair for balance or to do a Split Squat hope for a period of time instead of the full up and down.
This is an entry level video and is also used as a warm up. Weighted split squats are used to intermediate to advanced fitness levels.
The video component of the MRPT training app takes guesswork out of how to do exercises.

WHAT'S THE PLAN, AND WHAT'S MY GOAL??
For those not in my sport my ultimate goal is to walk the Arnold stage in March which is by invite, and the Olympia stage in September which is by qualification, both of which you can only do as a pro. With only 1 pro show under my belt I still took a chance and applied for this years Arnold. Although my resume is short, I know I'm physically up to par to be on that stage, so why not? I now wait anxiously to find out next week, and pace as though I'm awaiting a college acceptance letter. If not this year, remember the name for next because I will not give up.😀 To qualify for the Olympia next September, I must win a pro show, or place in the top of several pro shows to accumulate points for qualification. I will spend my year competing with my mindset to win any show I walk into, but at the very least accumulate points, and then walk the most prestigious stage in bodybuilding, with some of the best athletes in the world. My coach and I give our 100% every single day, and will continue to because WE KNOW I CAN DO IT! I love everything about this sport, and I'd be lying if I didn't say I want to be the best in the world. I can't imagine being wired any other way 🏆🏆🏆#arnoldgoals #olympiagoals

Cupping Therapy to Boost your Immune System. | Warding off diseases and staying healthy by boosting your immune system is preferable to getting sick and looking for cures. Cupping therapy is a potent form of noninvasive treatment that can strengthen the body so it can resist ailments better. The Chinese believed that the life energy or “qi” flows through the channels or meridians in the body and by stimulating certain points on the patient’s body, it is possible to encourage the free movement of this energy and thus, cure illnesses. ▪️How Cupping Works with your Immune System | Cupping therapy causes reverse pressure on the skin. As the skin rises in the cups, blood leaks out of the capillaries into the tissues just below the skin. This is why; you notice the typical bruising at the sites where the healer performs cupping. As a result of the treatment, the cells in the body develop a larger number of receptors on their surface and can respond better to an enzyme called HO-1 or heme oxygenase-1. I have past and present clients that tell me they have worked with other trainers before. I’m like that’s great so movements should be pretty good. Unfortunately when I assess, movements are bad more times than not. Either your “trainer” didn’t care about you, OR they aren’t educated. (Looks like someone was in it for the money, not YOU 😳) Simple movements from a body weight squat or in this video, the push-up. THIS IS AN IMMEDIATE MISTAKE I see and it’s not YOUR FAULT! From the youth level to ADULTS. This is what I see and it needs to stop because you are going to get injured sooner or later. (This goes for you barbell bench pressers too)
