Tonight was absolutely surreal!!!! I’ve flooded my ig story with clips from tonight please excuse the off key signing lol. Tonight was an amazing reminder to do the things your heart desires and live life to the fullest! I will never forget this magical event!
🚫⚠️🤷♀️Struggled with productivity tonight, but in the end even though it took me longer than usual, I managed to break a sweat💦, get the heart rate going💓, and reflect on what went wrong🧠✍. Truth be told it's arm day, and these babyceps👶💪 aren't going to grow on their own. .

Your results aren't always instantaneous.
I know that when you're pouring into your business ~ lots of energy and passion ~ and the results aren't immediate then it opens up a gap for self doubt to creep in.
You wanna see the results/impact quickly.
I want you to know that it doesn't mean that the results aren't starting to pan out and come together.
Consistency is important.
Buying cycles aren't always INSTANT IMPACT.
I've worked with clients who have been following me for YEARS and who I had initial conversations with a long time ago ~ they weren't ready to work together at that time BUT being a presence in their inbox & social media newsfeeds has meant that when they were ready I was still in their mind and thoughts.
I've worked with people who have binge consumed my work and then dived in to work with me immediately.
Apparently people need to see your message AT LEAST 7 times before they buy from you. That might even be the specific sales message for the specific thing.
You need to be mindful too that every post might be the first post someone sees from you AND remind yourself that people don't see everything that you put out there into the world.
Get your messaging right.
Get specific with how you want to connect with people and how you help and support them.
Now that just because people didn't react immediately doesn't mean that your stuff is shit.

My whole life has always been about study. There hasn't been a year in my life that I didn't study something. I remember this one time I, again, successfully completed a training. I said to a colleague that this was the last time I had done a study/training. She replied, saying, "I'm sure you said this many times before". This was 7 years and a dozen trainings/courses/studies ago 😄.
Not only do I love to be a student, I also believe that it's important to have a beginners mind. Always open to learn and to stay curious. And it keeps me sharp.
Today I start with another module of the yoga therapy training I follow.

Since thursday I been going 4 my new fave excercise 2-3 times a day. When we practiced going downstairs & my physio told me she wanted 2 practice going down so I could go with my crutches 4 short walks I felt all the fibers of my being vibrating & dancing. My eyes were filled with sparks for sure! She looked at me and went: "Look at you!!! You are so happy, now you have more freedom huh!!!"
This is a huge step in my rehab last year when I started walking, going up, down the stairs I did too much too fast. Ended up 11 days in & out of the ER. From vascular medicine 2 microbiology to nuclear medicine I passed all the tests to make sure my vascular system was A1, to eliminate the possibility of blood infection and or deep infection in the bone where I had my graft. I was exhausted, worried and fuck I was in pain. All that ended up very well: all my test were negative and the diagnosis was too much too fast! I thought I had slowed down enough, I thought I had learned the lesson. At 1 point I felt it in my guts: starting university was too fast. I listen to my mom and friends instead. 🙏🏽
This whole experience brought me back in my rehab to where I was 4 weeks before it all happened.
Since I learned to slow down even more, go one step at the time. Listen to my guts feeling and I am even better at understanding the language of my body. We are developing a loving trusting relationship.
Today body agreed to support me walking 1.67 km. 1st walk by myself. I felt overwhelmed with deep sense of freedom, accomplishment and gratitude. I smiled, I gave myself high five and bowed to every cells and organisms that constitute my body and allow me to experience my human experience here on earth. Ahhh maaan if I may give you an advice: Be truly; profoundly grateful 4 your body & all it does 4 you without you having to ask for anything, 4 being so resilient, patient, loyal... Feel it deep within & forget what others say. Listen silently and Do You😇

Last year on this same weekend I climbed Gorgonio and it DESTROYED me. My head was throbbing, my knees were burning, my feet were aching, and I almost GAVE UP!! I'm pretty sure I had a fever.😅 I completed the hike, but I was DEFEATED .
This year, I decided to take on the challege AGAIN. I wanted to see how much I had changed, after consistently hiking EVERY WEEKEND. Yes, I was nervous to take on the beast, but my fire to PROVE to myself I could complete this hike with a smile CRUSHED those nerves. One year of consistent hiking made my body and mind stronger than I ever imagine. BELIVE IN YOURSELF ,
BE YOUR BIGGEST CHEERLEADER, and you will accomplish ANYTHING you set your mind to. ❤

Pre-workout selfie, TBH I don’t feel I had a good workout tonight I still feel very intimidated by all those fit guys and girls at the gym I am being very honest cuz I know a lot of people feel the same way I am a BEGINNER in this and I try to keep in mind that they all started somewhere that it has taken them YEARS to be where they’re at now and NO I am not comparing myself to anyone there but I do get nervous and honestly blanked out of what the hell was my workout that I had planned anyways I will continue to be consistent and discipline and push myself to the fullest. What does your health mean to you??
I see/hear far too often people needing the lastest & greatest off all material things:
Hundreds 💵 spent on makeup.
Hundreds 💵 spent on clothing.
Hundreds 💵 spent on having the latest & greatest phone or laptop.
Hundreds 💵 going out on the town partying.
Close to hundred 💵 on coffees a month.
Hundreds 💵 going out to dinner a month.
Paying a gym membership every single month but never going.
Hundreds 💵 in supplements that sit on your countertop collecting dust.
But yet when it comes to making that change to be fit & healthy
The decision to pay to change their life for the better its “too much 💵or a waste of their 💵.”
The thing about materialistic shit is it’s not going to last forever.
Fashion/Makeup are on a constant change.
Phones are always upgrading.
Those daily coffees you only get once.
Those meals you’re consuming only last that one time.
The time you spend out partying can create memories, but you wake up feeling terrible.
But fitness and nutrition is ever lasting & so great for you on so many levels.
It changes your mindset & mentality.
It changes you physically.
It Boosts your energy.
It Melts away stresses.
It boosts your self confidence.
It boosts your sex drive.
It lets you eat MORE! (UHHHH yes please).
It reduces your risk of chronic diseases.
It boosts brain power & makes the heart healthy.
It can give you the strength you never knew you had.
This list can go on an on.
Im going to be real with you.
Stop saying you want to change your fitness & nutrition habits to live a healthier life but say you can’t justify spending money to do it.
Sometimes you just have to be straight with yourself & really prioritize & find out whats truly most important for you & if your health & quality of life is worth spending money on.
You’re body is your temple
Learn to love yourself enough to take care of it 💕

A man I look up to once told me at the start of my journey “it’s hard now, but after 5-6 weeks of a solid routine it’ll come so easy”. The problem has never been getting yourself to the gym but rather getting into a consistent routine that makes you WANT to go back! Consistency has always been the key and building a solid routine around that makes a world of difference 💪🏼
Finally starting to settle down into things in my new home, now I can get into a routine that suits me and pick up where I left off👌🏼 hope everyone had a great weekend!
