Yesterdays gym session was quick and harrddd. Very pleased with my day as a whole yesterday. Having been il/still ill or whatever I finally had a day living my normal self. I got up, cooked two meal preps, cleaned the kitchen, went to the gym, got ready after at the gym and went for dinner with my best one. A full packed day and I don’t have a “hangover” feeling today. Here’s some of my last time lower body workouts 🤟🏻...I have to admit something here about the lunges working, Its the least favorite part of my lower body day 🙋‍♀️... I always used to skip them when working on my own 🙆‍♀️. But when I realized the results showing on my lower body💥💥, I started squeezing the lunges into my LEGS day.
