Zudem achtet auf eure Kcalzufuhr und einer Carblastige Mahlzeit vor dem Training ⬅️ ist aber kein Muss. 102,5 Kg im 6x7 ballern und dafür braucht man volle Glykogenspeicher, sonst wird das nichts.
