Jenna graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management and was a Collegiate softball player. She is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and training others is her passion. 💜
Jenna will be leading many of our Anytime Fitness Group Training sessions, while also working with one-on-one clients. We are so happy to have her on our Team and we know her clients will feel the same way. 😤 So one thing I’m concentrating on with my physique is the width of my arms from font view. So why not target the outer part of the triceps? I would only recommend doing this on a smith machine as if free weighted it would put too much pressure for balance in your wrists; when going heavy, wrist wraps are suggested as well.
1. Close Grip Barbell with bands about 2-3 inches apart, elbows pinched to side, and lower back arched
2. Push Barbell all the way up until arms are fully extended (not locking elbows)
3. Control it on the way down and repeat -
