#2018 was the year I grew up. I lost the love of my life, I was harassed at my work, watched my harasser get promoted and was laid off the same week I was evicted by a coworker who wouldn’t let me sign a lease. Little did I know, this is exactly what I needed to see how many people were here for me and loved me. I learned to ask for help, and I return, I learned I loved to help in return. Now I’m leading a team and loving work, loving people, happy, healthy and stronger than I have ever been before. I also painted a tiny, tiny penis for a movie. Weird year.
