Yesterday I moved away from the #barbell
and did a 10min AMRAP.:
•5 dumbbell snatch (5 each arm) - choose challenging weight •7 box jumps - 24”
•9 pull ups
As I’m texting this .. my lats are still on 🔥. My forearm did a great workout. I was covered in sweat at the end. 👀 stop looking for the quick solutions- the magic pill - the best ultimate way- and stop looking for motivation...YOU NEED TO START DOING MORE AND THINKING LESS.
FOR THE FITNESS MOTIVATIONAL PEOPLE: when was the last time you put some of your time and really, really, went out of your way and took someone and enabled that person for a #healthylifestyle
??!! That is true motivation in form of action. Go find them!! They need you.
At the same time.... if you are reading this, don’t expect the solution to come to you. It’s 2018 !! If by now the internet has not given you the tools you need. You are just in denial. Remember, we only have one life.
