💕QUICK REFRESH METHOD💕
I am having bad hair days and even my wash days are not as good because!!!!!
I have not #deepconditioned
in two weeks and not done #GelatinProteinTreatment
in two months!!!
I can't expect good hair days 🤷☹️
It's my fault!! 😖
So today was my day3 hair and my curls had become wonky due to lack of protein.
I decided to refresh in 10 minutes using @marisascurls
's Refesh Method 💁💕
I modified it for my hair needs.
🤔What To Do:
1️⃣Wet your hands really well and take pea sized amount of gel (or any product) in your palm.
2️⃣Rub it between your palm
motion 🙏 slide it through your hair from root to tips in 2-3 sections roughly.
4️⃣Scrunch if required. Done!!
😯What I Did:
My hair needs a lot of water to become wet and for frizz to clump back. Less water makes it even more frizzy. So heres what I did:
1️⃣Wet my hands nicely. Using praying hands motion I distributed the water without breaking the clumps. While doing so I stretched them gently from root to tips so that flyaways go stick back with their respective clumps.
2️⃣ I did this in two sections.
3️⃣ Took out my @devacurl
Light Defining Gel because I wanted a protein styler today. This has #WheatProtein
4️⃣ Followed the above explained way to refresh.
5️⃣And scrunched in the end because my hair had enough water to not break the clumps while #scrunching
. Air dry and later (after 2 hours) scrunched out the crunchy gel cast.
So it was a great refresh day 💕

⚠️My curls stayed great all day except that they became dry by evening because I didn't add any moisturising product like leave-in conditioner. My hair is pretty dry these days 😐 #DeepConditioningOnWeekend
