Our newest episode, “Time To Wake Up Billie Joe,” is now available for your listening pleasure. -
On this episode of the Extraordinary Culture podcast, we talk about pumpkin spice, wait, what? No we don’t or maybe we do. It’s almost Halloween, so Xavier discusses his annual tradition of 31 days of horror. Rick gives a short review of Halloween Time at Disneyland and the Nightmare Before Christmas releases another version for the 25th anniversary this time featuring a bouncing ball. Danny Elfman is set to go again at the Hollywood Bowl as Disney looks for even more ways to take our money with their live concert series involving their films. Pumpkin Night at the Fairplex, Riverside Halloween Fest (this better not be like the May 4th Fest) and Evergreen Memorial Park have Halloween time events in the Inland Empire. Alkaline Trio (who the F^$% is Matt Skiba?) released a new album and Rick and Dan give thoughts. Long Beach Comic Con (can we call it that?) came and went and Rick discusses that. The Cantina in Galaxy’s Edge will serve alcohol and this has the usual people upset. All In happened, Dan went to an Angels game, football season starts, and we didn’t get knockout in Canelo vs. GGG so we are waiting for part three. Beer share is Aleschmidt from Alesmith Brewing, a German style marzen, just in time for Octoberfest, which actually happens in September. All this and more on this episode of the Extraordinary Culture podcast. Thanks to our sponsors Crown and Stache Barber Company, Chino Valley Brewery, and Made Shop Riverside. Did Billy Joe finally wake up?
